I cooked caramelised onion bread swirls (think savoury Chelsea buns) that we had with soup at lunchtime, both DD liked them and DH asked if I could make some more for tea :rotfl:Definitely added to this list

ooh sounds lovely, would/could you share the recipe please?Goodreads 2025 Challenge :16/75

This was the thread that gave me inspiration. I however, made my own dough in BM to a standard roll recipe, then caramelised some onions, rolled dough out flat, covered in onions. Rolled up long side, cut, allowed second prove, brushed with olive oil baked in oven for about 25 mins. I have also made the apple braid on this thread and can highly recommend. Although some people on the other thread talk about freezing it :eek:I can't verify this, it has never made it that far in this house :rotfl:0 -

Evening all

Congratulations Chocolatelover! I am looking forward to hearing all about your honeymoon.
Yorkshirelass - hope that your ds has a lovely day tomorrow.
Ally - hope that you're not getting ill and that you survive your 10 hour shift...
Hi Candy
And, Jonno - thanks for sharing that. We make pizza pinwheels like that all of the time but I never thought about making caramelised onion. And I love onion.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »[STRIKE] Tutoring[/STRIKE]
 Get dd to tumble class she got up this morning and told me that she felt sick and couldn't go. When I asked if she was ok for visiting granny then she seemed fine. When I said she didn't have to go to tumble she told me she doesn't want to go back at all. I thought she was enjoying it but I'm not going to push her with it... I'm actually secretly quite pleased to get 2 hours of my own time back.

Busy - no hurry with the musclefood voucher, but I'm really pleased with how much other stuff I've gotten done - 2 hours really makes all of the difference to my weekend. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Thank you

We got married in April so had a bit of a belated honeymoon
we had an amazing time and it did us the world of good to escape "life" for a bit if you know what I mean?
Must admit was glad to get back because I missed my parents, cats and my bed!!
I wrote a blog post about it with some photos if you wanted to have a look
