I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

Yes. And I'm celebrating this one in style.
I've moved away from birthdays in recent years because no one likes getting older. But when you face running out of them they start to become important again :o

I'm doing something special with one of those friends who will always be your friend no matter what. The type of friend who you might not contact for months just because you have nothing to say but will always be there when you do and when you do, it's like you've never been apart.

I'm also over dressing because I bought a very expensive dress for my work do which I had to miss because of the funeral I had to attend. Bought the dress and I AM wearing it. So I probably just cost my friend a fortune in 'keeping up clothes' :rotfl::rotfl:

Sarandol I'm glad your Nan got a good send off and I'm sorry you lost her x

Glad the fab dress arrived. Are you pleased with quality and fit as I might order something.

Sarahdol so sorry for your loss. I have not been keeping up very well. Glad Nan had a good send off.

:(They've got £1.47 on the Steak Strips (97p in M) - can't rely on them scanning the right item at all.

    1x Quorn Steak Strip Pieces (300G) £1.96 £1.47

Does this mean some other Quorn frozen item - we don't know which one - might pick up 97p for M in error?

But, the Palmolive Lemongrass is still good to go against M or against S:

    2x Palmolive Lemongrass Invigorating Handwash (250ML) £4.38 £2.00

    M's is mbuy price; S 2x £1.00.

Of course I can confirm Young's Basa Fillets Black Pepper still work.

Not that long ago, I binge watched JK for a whole weekend.....well I fast forwarded two years of the episodes looking for a specific one but could only find the one I wanted being advertised. I needed therapy at the end of it. I then rang JK and they sent me the episode..... they were lovely.
