OH can't get anywhere near a solicitor for a week - he's at work all day, out of the house between 7.15 - 6pm and has to give a week's notice for a day off! He's sent them an email asking if he can either scan and email the documentation they require, or if they will allow more time to get the info to them.
He only got the documentation from them in the post this morning, he wouldn't even be able to contact a solicitor till Monday anyway - and who knows how long they will take to fit in an appointment? This company seem a bit unreasonable with their 'requirements', I think?
    :j Almost 2 stones gone! :j
    :heart2: RIP Clio 1.9.93 - 7.4.10 :heart2:
:p I WILL be tidy, I WILL be tidy! :p
  • All these references they want and for a solicitor to sign forms for a job that pays just 6 quid an hour seems like to much hassle to be honest!

Good luck everyone if you go ahead with it but not for me!

I would get him to call teletech UK on the Belfast number,
I am sure they will give some flexibility especially since he
has only just received his new hire paperwork

Teletech have just phoned to see if I'm good to go for Monday. They said they would send me an email with a web link and an 0800 No. to ring on Monday.I 'm assuming this is why they say you need a corded phone rather than a dect if we are going to be spending quite a while on the phone while training.
  • Well I contacted live help re. the assessment I took , a few days ago. Others have heard and I thought I may have missed the phone call! He told me I had passed the tests and am on file ;). So now, I guess I'll just have to wait....

Erm not sure about a password
when I did it, it asked for

Hirepoint ID (In the email about first pc test)
    Name
    Email

also if your @ key doesn't work, use the " key instead

    Hiya

Your right it was asking for Hirepoint ID and Email address ,no name though ,i figured the @ out and used shift and 2 to get the @sign.
However it is not posting the information, I have tried several times and just keeps telling me to verify information and try later.
Could this be a problem or ,do you think it is just because the network is busy ?
    Thanks again

  • Hi boots1,

Im getting the same problem as you with the workbooth CD. I have tried this numerous times but it keeps telling me the same thing. Im going to send an email later but will not probably get a reply until Monday now.

I have still not received anything about references and my welcome pack. I emailed about this and got a reply to say that my training is going ahead as planned (the lady tried to blame the postal strikes LOL).

I did not receive an email about the conference call either so missed that too.

    What a shambles!!!
