I have tried all day and only when you pointed out i may be using the wrong ID,i checked again and I was using the user ID for the computer test
I rebooted the Workbooth CD and it posted the information first time:j

Blondie32,check your ID and hopefully it will be a problem as straightforward as mine {good luck }

Does anyone know when the next training session, after Monday starts ?

I was using the ID for the computer test (DOHHHHH!!!!)

I got it to work but I have another question. I was having a look around the site and clicked on 'Onesite'. It says server not found. So I checked the Firefox and it said it was already running but not responding.

Do u think this will be a problem?

Try rebooting the PC and let it all load again and this time try the onesite link straight away. It could just be a slight glitch on the site or software.

Yay! The ethernet adapter as worked, my laptop is now up to the job!

I still havent had an email about the training though I've had an email with my passwords and another confirming my start date on Monday, but no training one? I dont suppose anyone could fwd me a copy of theirs?

is any one as nervous as me about starting on Monday? I'm sure I will be fine once I have got the swing of things but its a bit nerve wracking, I've never done call centre work before.

same situation is with me.
My all da interviews were over.
but me only got da shift problem.
They told me that they keep my info and whenever that shift will be available they will contact me..
so me also waiting...
anyways i had also live chat wid them but they answred my queries v politely and replied that my application is in hold.they will definitely contact me.
so me also waiting...

Hi there i have been reading this post regularly and have applied i have done the online tests and recieved the woorbooth cd but have a problem when it reaches step 6 where u i am supposed to enter "test" there is no pop up box i am baffled any help would be appreciated! thanks

This could be a sign your pc is unable to obtain a ip
address from your router

if you go to the @home icon on the bottom left
click it then click start shift, that should bring the
project code window up, also click the firefox icon
and check you can browse the web
