Did you run the online compatibility test on the PC you were going to use? Is it a desktop or laptop?

When I first tried to load the workbooth cd on my laptop, the box didnt flash up. After a while, a message came up on screen saying 'unable to connect to the internet' It turns out the ethernet card on my laptop was not compatible with workbooth. Have you tried running ipconfig/all on cmd? That will tell you what ethernet card you have and if you go to www.workbooth.info, click on FAQ's and you will see a list of ones that are compatible. I ended up having to buy a Belkin usb 10/100 ethernet adapter and it works perfectly now.

Also, when you ran the initial computer test, did you use wireless? My laptop passed the test using wireless but wireless is not supported by workbooth so it won't work when you use the cd, even though it worked when you did the pc test.

Im still getting the same problem with the 'onesite' part on Workbooth.

Any other ideas anyone?

What is your setup? Hardware may be part of the issue so we need to know what hardware set up you have and how you connect to your BB connection

Bear with me cos im not very technical LOL!!!!!

I have an Orange Livebox Wireless Router but I dont use it wireless. It is wired up. When I checked to see if my computer was compatible everything was hunkey dorey. Dont know what to do now!!!

Everything else on the Workbooth site works fine apart from this.

If your talking about the Onesite link in firefox
don't worry about it, it is not working here
ether so it must be a teletech issue.

I expect that as long as you can get the workboot CD to boot and once it's up and running the time in the bottom right of the screen is several hours out then you are logged into the server and the hard part is done
