A real work at home job

I have just sent off all forms, photocopies etc. Solicitor didn't charge me as DS was wrecking his office, and I think he just wanted me out of there! LOL
My sol said that the CRB form states that you need to provide originals to the person who asked you to complete this form, which is why a solicitor needs to sign that they have verified, no need to send originals.
I've had an email from teletech stating headsets will be sent out after 3rd day of training, to allow for drop outs etc.
DH will be home at 18:00 ish tonight, so it's gonna be a fine line between quiet children/house and training or complete mad house!
Did you have to phone around few solicitors to find one who would do the verification? I drove around today looking for one, but by the time I found one that looked open... the kids had both fallen asleep. I will have to try again tomorrow  Does anyone know if a 46p stamp on a large envelope is 1st or 2nd class post? Knowing my luck it is 2nd and I will have to go and queue in the post office for an hour behind all of the ebayer's

I got mine done today and to be honest it was a bit of a pain. The first couple I rang said they would only do it if you were already a client:rolleyes:
Tried about five in the end and even the one that did it didn't seem too keen.
It cost me £10.0 -
quickie question, do we log into meetingplace via workbooth, or via our own browsers?
EDIT: MBM, I just rang the solicitor who just did our house purchase.
DOUBLE EDIT: had reply, no need for workbooth tonight, regular browser today.Sig ah Sig Ahhh0 -
Hi all,
I'll be joining you tonight. Just got my solicitor who did my house last year to do my forms and didn't even charge me-lovely woman!
Its been quite a smooth ride really so far with teletech, delivered all as promised. Only difficulties was computer-after setting up it finally gave up the ghost-never ever should have let my kids loose on it-only starting playing up after that-so in end had to go buy a cheap laptop-not exactly money saving and meant my quarterly BT bill aint getting paid now, but at least its all working like a peach now. Figured a job working from home was worth it as I'm pregnant and had lost my job (which in a way was best as no way now could have done a 3hour drive each day) and all other employers took one look at me irregardless of work record and qualifications and said no...so I'm hoping now to do this-at least I can now pay mortgage lol! and go self employed for a couple of days. Seems best of both worlds...just have to hope now my 14 year old daughter sticks to her promises and helps out with the newborn:cool: I prompted for split shifts as it means I can have a break inbetween to do the baby stuff I need to get done.
Good luck all!0 -
I've just had a horrible thought
How long does a wireless house phone last before it needs to be recharged?
Oops, I knew I should have gone and bought a wired one!
