Sounds like you haven't got a micro-filter installed correctly or the filter is faulty
have a read of this http://www.broadbandzone.co.uk/shop/faq-microfilter.html

Re the job, you can always have ago I am sure the training will be very
comprehensive and you can always leave if it's really not for

    What you got to lose?
I got the email telling me to do the conference call today, but I haven't received the cd or any paperwork. Thanks for the link about the filters-I will try and work it out over the weekend. When Kylee called me today chasing up my references she said to still do the training on Monday even though I have not received anything yet.
  • Royal Mail!!.... not this time it took them 7 days to post my CD which was posted the day after I withdrew my application on the 4th Sept it was postmarked 5th Sept Belfast arrived 6th Sept so don't use Royal mail for late arrivals on this one.

When are you starting your training dawnydee? I have a spare disc if you think I could get it to you any quicker than teletech :D

Angela x Not much point signing as MBM now that most know who I am anyway :D
  • I still have the disc too if anyone wants it, I did email them to see if they wanted there property returned as there was not return address or telephone number, they said to keep it incase I change my mind don't think so.
  • Hi, thanks for the great post Oliver27!

Sorry, I have been lurking here for a while but now I have a question I would like to ask.

Has anyone else had to circle 'yes' on the 'have you ever had civil proceedings issued against you' question? I had a ccj and defaults issued a long time ago which have now been paid and are off my credit report. I have still mentioned them as the question was 'have you ever' but I am really worried that they will retract the job offer when they see it

    What do you think?

I have received the hire pack this morning but everything has to been returned by the 3rd day of training including the bits signed by a solicitor. There is no way I can do this, I am stiil working at my other job 9am - 3pm which means I only have 3 hours until training and in them 3 hours I have got my kids to pick up from school, feed them, do homework etc.

I don't know what to do as i do want this job, think I will have to send a email and explain the situation and hope they understand

Can you not make appointment for say 4pm with a solicitor
it took mine about 5mins to sort mine out, just get it done as soon
as you can if it's a little late you can always blame royal mail

On a separate note i had a letter today from teletech with a crb check
form in it, seems a bit daft that we have to do the solicitor thing as well
as this check, also got another workbooth cd this one is version 2.1 though
