Hi Boots1,
Still no call or e mail for me.How about you, any luck? Hope you hear if you're away next week. My last e mail came through quite late, so still could hear.........
hiya yasmin911,
I received a call about 5.15 tonight, they asked for references, what shift i wanted and told me about the pay. They said i would get some other benefits aswell which i would be told about later in the next interview.
They booked me a second interview for Monday at 4pm,she said if i miss the call i will no longer be considered for employment .so here is hoping my mobile works ok  .
Will it just be a telephone based interview, because i will not have access to a computer?
What kinds of things do they ask in the interview?,incase i need to take anything away with me .
Does anyone know what the other benefits are that she mentioned ?
oliver27,you mentioned earlier the type of wire i needed as i was on wireless broadband, would these all be the same or would they vary for each computer?can you point me to the right one ,on say something like pc world as there is one locally that i could nip to.
One other thing i read earlier in the thread about the phones and headset,i am sure i read somewhere that they would be supplying the,is that right or do we have to purchase them ourselves
thanks again your all fab
just read your post sparkey 79,i am really nervous,GOOD LUCK ,sorry but i wont be able to let you know how i get on until friday, when i am back home

Hi Boots,
Good luck with your interview on Monday! I found it was very relaxed.. good thing aswell as he phoned an hour early! I was just asked about what in my previous job gave me the most satisfaction, I neglected to tell him it was the clock saying it was time to go homeThe interview was telephoned based, no computer needed
The wire you need is called an ethernet cable (RJ45) Hopefully your ethernet card is one that is supported by workbooth.. I have had to buy an adapter
I know that we will be sent a headset but I'm not sure what happens with the phone, I dont think it has been mentioned.
Good Luck and try not to worry about the interview!

I am really nervous too boots1 havent had an interview in over 6 years!:rotfl:
It was manic here when i got a call from them this evening, kids were running riot(i bet they thought it was a right madhouse!)
I had to hide in my bedroom and shut the door!!!
Wishing you the best of luck for monday, hope it goes well!0 -
Very MSE
Have you bought a wired phone to use for work? I'm wondering if it is usual to get one that has space for a headset fitting or if I am going to be hunting all over?
MBM x
I am guessing and hoping you will get a phone and headset of them
if not here is a cheap phone with a headset port

I couldn't do conference call. My Toddler demanded a bath and she would have screamed the house down if I had refused!! My hands were tied.. and I couldn't leave her in the bath.
Have i blown it?!0 -

Mine too, luckily Dora The Explorer was on,so the TV was quickly switched over to Nick Jr and a packet of smarties handed to them, then there was silence :rotfl:
MBM i have checked my ethernet card,i think it is PCI fast ethernet NIC,does that sound right ? I'll pick that wire up,hopefully i won't need anything else .
I have just had a thought,do you need to check the workbooth CD before your second interview?

Most recent ethernet cards will be more than capable of handling the data flow rate needed. I would check your CD works as soon as possible as they don't seem to want people to miss even one training block.0

Contact your trainer as soon as possible, that way you will be able to explain what happened and hopefully they will be able to arrange something.0
