Guys and girls the main thing to keep in mind when you start your training block is to NOT PANIC lol. Take it easy, pay attention and always ask for notes if the trainer has them to give. Makes it a whole lot easier when you go into TTU mode. After that just make the most of your nesting period, don't get too worked up over your first call as everyone has to do it and once you are on calls make the mximum use of your trainers/ SUs and other experienced agents. We don't bite

It will be a miracle if I'm in training..I have to use workbooth because I've got Vista and it won't connect to the internet. It was working fine the other day! I knew somethin would go wrong:eek:

Don't panic, if it fails to connect let your trainer know on the call, they will probably tell you to call tech who will have you sorted quickly. Enjoy the training, it will soon be over

I'm almost ready now. My darling hubby sorted my computer so it connects fine to the Meeting Place now without needing the CD. I have coffee, a bottle of coke, pen, notepad........have I forgotten anything?

Just make sure your chair is comfy, your pc is ready, phone is easy to get and off of mute/ loudspeaker and that you ask for plenty of handouts/ powerpoint files if the trainer has them.
