keepthefaith did the email mention whether or not they will keep your details on file in case anything suitable comes up??

I thought tonight was okay..slightly boring waiting around for the technical issues to be sorted out but you can't complain when you're getting paid for doing nothing:p

All the guys from teletech seem lovely and I think it's a job I'm going to enjoy (is it too early to say this..lol)

I hope the training starts to move a bit faster though!

Todays session was interesting, quite a big turn out...lol.

Did anyone fully understand the pay situation? I couldn't understand when we first get paid. She mentioned about us getting a cheque for one week but then mentioned we get a BACS payment on the 15th of August but only for one week when it should be for two, as we work two weeks before payday, unless we work a week in hand!!! anyone fully understand this.

    Cheers for any replies.
  • She was talking about the paycheck (American terminology!), which is paid by BACS. The pay is calculated at close of play 8th August and hits your bank on 15th August, so it will only be for one week this time. BACS transfers can take up to 4 days to reach an employees bank. I pay my staff by BACS.
