has anyone ever switched from sales to tech support?
i initially applied for tech support and somehow ended up in sales, currently doing nesting but i still have my eye on tech support and if i am honest i could probably troubleshoot people even withouth the guides they provide
so i am deffo more suited to tech support, why they put me in sales i do not know but i am looking at swapping to tech support if possible
anyone know if it is possible
cheers0 -

I'm now very concerned. It appears that my paperwork hasn't arrived. It was sent recorded delivery on 1st August. Royal Mail are being no help at all, just saying 'it could be in the system somewhere' and to give it more time.
TT have emailed saying they haven't had it (after I emailed to ask, in case it simply hadn't been signed for).
My worry is, there is enough information in that envelope for someone to assume my ID.
Has anyone had this happen and how was it resolved?0 -
Not allot you can do is there but get it all done again
if it doesn't show up soon
Its probably just been chewed up by one of the royal snail
sorting machines, just keep any emails or letters about
the issue incase you get a visit from a debit collector
in 6 months time about a mystery debit.0 -
I can't get it all done again though. I work at my other job until 9-4 and the training is at 4.30. I can't get to the solicitors and back in half an hour. Also, the disclosure form can't be redone for 12 months and they don't send copies (I phoned them). It's all very worrying. I've spoken to my solicitor and with the information that was enclosed I could find myself in a very difficult situation. My identity can be assumed, mortgages or finance taken out etc etc. I also run my own business from my home address and this could impact on that.0

I don't know just how far Royal Mail responsibility's go to be honest,
your the first person thats posted to say they have lost the paperwork
, fingers crossed it gets delivered eventually.0 -
Panic over - Ashley has just been in touch and they have found the paperwork :j It says a lot for Royal Mail though doesn't it. It wasn't signed for, so no wonder it isn't showing as delivered :mad:0

If RM didn't get a signature then it may be that it was delivered late too. Sometimes RM is good and sometimes they suck like a really sucky thing0
