Has anyone had any contact from Ellen recently? I've emailed her 3 times over the past 10 days with no response and it's starting to worry me.

Just had my interview with Ashley. I was more nervous than i thought!!
    Not sure how it went.
She didnt offer me the job straight away but said she'd phone me back on Friday.

    Hi
    me again.
I've been told i need a static IP address.
Does anyone else have talktalk as an ISP?
This is turning into a nightmare!

Very few ADSL providers give static IPs but it sounds like your connection is unstable and your router is rebooting and getting a new IP very regularly.

Are you sure you have a router and not just a modem? It would explain the IP address issue.

If you do have a router and are conecting with
a working Ethernet cable, then we need to consider
that your Ethernet adaptor in your PC may not be
    compatible with workbooth.

Before we get to that can you confirm you can browse in windows
ok using the Ethernet cable, as I know in a previous post you
    said you use wireless.

    Hi
    Thanks for helping.
I can browse the internet with my ethernet cable plugged in. It seems fine.
On the FAQs my ethernet card is Realtek which on one part says will not be compatible and on an other part says is somewhat compatible.
I dont want to spend money on something i may not need and i dont know i've definately got the job yet!
    Its so frustrating.
    Thanks
