No, I don't think you should think like that. Ellen said I was exceptional on the phone (?) and she really wanted to try and get me on the 7th July course so was going to see if she could rush through the process and find a space. I was a bit forthright with her though and sort of pushed for a decision!!!
I would guess that had I not had the experience in sales management and training then I would have followed the normal process. She said they would be looking for team leaders for the upcoming new teams and the company we would be working for like to promote from within.
I wouldn't be at all negative about your interview Wildt, from reading these posts it does appear that some people are told straight away and some people are made to wait. I think it depends on the recruiter. I'm sure you will be absolutely fine and really look forward to hearing that you are also going to be doing your training.
Keep positive - you'll get that call soon, asking if you can go on the next training course - I'm certain of it xxx0 -
Lol..thanks, I love your positivity! Reading back through this thread, it does seem that some people have had to wait a few days to hear the outcome. Like I said, I thought it was the best telephone interview I've had. I had one yesterday and thought I was awful, but got an email seconds later saying I was successful.
Ahh, it's a waiting game now! Fingers and toes crossed xx
Perhaps other people can reveal whether they were told they had got the job straight away or were told to wait 2-3 days?
Congratulations again though!!0 -
I did not go for the sales job but was told that I would know i 2-3 working days. they contacted me on the 4th day to say I had the job.
Good Luck Wildt.January Grocery 11/3740 -
Thanks mumofjust2..looks like there is still hope for me lol.:p0

Congratulations daffodil, I'm really pleased for you.
I'm hoping for good news on Friday, although i think that the fact i have two weeks holiday booked in August is gonna be a slight problem, i did mention this to the interviewer last night and she said they MAY delay my training untill after the holiday.
I would cancel the holiday (only staying with relatives) but part of the holiday is meeting up with my son who is in the Royal Navy and on depolment.
Good luck to every one who waiting to hear, hopefully we will all meet in the 'work chatroom'0 -
Hey all. Just applied and did the online tests today, and have my quickie 5-minute interview tomorrow. We shall see how I do
To add to others' feedback, I was also unable to get into the technical assessment today, got nothing but the 404 screen, but did the personal test OK. Was advised by live help that "it is probably a problem at their end".
Fingers crossed!0 -

Just applied for this position myself, and have recently completed the assessments. For the workbooth assessment, the link they provide on the email doesnt seem to work, you have to enter a 's' after the http, so try this link:
https://workbooth.net/assessment/
Also, when you it finishes assessing your pc you have to post the information back to their site, when you click 'Post Information' you also get 'Error 404' as its linking you to the original site without the 's' in the address.
I edited the contents of the setup.exe that you downloand and changed the HTML source code for the form so it submits to the correct site. If anybody is having difficulty posting their computer information to this site then send me a message and I will give you instructions on how to get around it.
BTW, cheers to Oliver for this thread, I know its been on here for a while but I have just discovered it.

Aarron, Can you tell me how to post the information please.
Ignore that - it's sorted. Thanks0 -
Thanks Aarron for that information.
I got the assessment to work. Could you post the info on how to post it to thier site. I can't work that one out
Thanking you0 -
Guys use the live chat sytem on their main site, if their linkage is wrong it needs fixing otherwise you will all have problems. Aaron has basically changed the entire file that is downloaded so that it points back to the correct location (https and not the http location in the link) not everyone will have this ability.0
