Yup, I'm lurking! I was amazed that our first calls were 'real' people... I thought they'd be superusers with dummy accounts trying to fool us!

 Thanks to all the Superusers for their back up, reassurance and quick answers.

I'm not scared about being let loose on the public on my first proper shift on Monday because I know that there's some very helpful people about and you're never really on your own.

    Hi all,

I have got an interview today for the inbound sales representative. Can anyone please help me with what sort of questions I can expect? I never had a telephone interview before. I am very anxious. How different it is to a face to face interview? I don't have any sales experience that I can prove. Is there anyone that got through without any sales experience?

    Thank you.
