  • My hubby has passed the first interview and the tests and received the work booth cd yesterday. It took a few attempts to get it to work, could that be due to needing an ethernet to connect, which we do have but connect via usb (but I thought he wouldnt have passed the tests so assumed it was ok)

However my main question is can he sign in to work booth even though hasnt had 2nd interview yet... from reading some posts on here it appears that he should have had his sign in.... hirepoint ID is what we dont have (I dont think)

    thanks guys!

You need to connect with ethernet cable - workbooth does not work properly without it. At the moment you would only be using workbooth to test that your computer can run it ok I don't think you can use it properly until you are 'hired'. You will probably find your husband will have another interview and then one with the manager too. it is only after the final interview that you are told whether you are successful or not (normally 3 to 4 days later). there will then be another skills assessment test to.
