( I can imagine! I bet most customers are angry by the time they ring!)
You'll be surprised, most people are not angry when they ring, its only if they have to ring again and again because the problem is been sorted, which you can understand.

Aye, most are ok, some are a bit miffed but can be placated easily but others get annoyed as they end up calling a few times. If you do your best to resolve the issue they normally say thanks at the end ;)

Hey Peeps, I am waiting for my workbooth Cd but wanted to know.

Do we buy our own phone , one that has a plug to plug the free headphone in. And if anyone is actually not in trainning anymore but working do you have a supervisor to call upon should any situations arises that you cannot handle. I mean from reading this thread, there are no phone numbers to ring anyone to speak to or get advice.

Ok guys sorry but the headset has a phone pad attached to it, so , dim as i am lol, where to you connet it to? I am speaking to Ellen on Monday for final hiring process and documents etc... I will ask her about this.

I was just looking at the workbooth info site. Apparently when we install the Cd and we are logged in, there is buddy list, for co workers and supervisors to chat to!! its a bit like MSM to me, lol.........
