Just to say thank you to Oliver27, PaulK and Duchy for all their help. Just come out of four weeks training for inbound sales and starting nesting next week. You were invaluable with your help and advice and I think some of us are now passing are 'experience' of the Teletech application process to others in the 'other forum'.

:beer: Yep I second that!! I certainly couldn't have got this far without the support of you all. There were times I have been completely lost and I honestly don't know how I would have solved all the problems without you folks on here!!!!!!!!!!! cheers big time!!!! best of luck to all!!!!:T

For all those about to start training or are coming out of training, I expect the setup for sales is the same as the tech support role and that you have Super Users. If so, USE THEM They are there for a reason and it's better to ask and find out than to stay quiet and potentially miss out on information/support/help etc.
