:mad: I cant believe a driving license isnt enough for ID! What a pain, my passport is out of date and in my maiden name so I dont suppose that is any good to use. I will have to get on to the town hall for a copy of my birth cert now :sad:

I applied last week completed comp test first interview was booked for a second interview call yesterday at 4.30 was told a workbooth CD would be set to me and this should arrive in 2 days and so abruptly that should I not be available to take the call on 4th Sept at 4.30pm this would terminate the selection proccess......No Cd has arrived even as I speak.

Well I sat at 4.30pm yesterday waiting for a phone call drumming my fingers on my desk only to receive an email at 4.45pm saying that telephone number I had given them was unavailable and to email or call with the correct phone number I was to be contacted on giving 0********* as the number they had tried... WHAT!!! this was my number and the same number that they had called with first interview.....anyway cut a long story short I email back telling them it was the correct number my line was in working order and had been all day and I was very dissatisfied with the proccess so far,there lack of compitance in forfilling there part of the proccess when I had complied to what they had required so far from me, including waiting for a CD which hasn't arrived along with someones inability to perform a simple task like dial a correct number what hope do we have should have any problems arise going by there inability to perform so far.... :mad: So that's it for me....asked for my details to deleted from the system and not to give them to third parties.. to many alarm bells ringing,to much conflicting information on here and I am not going to waste anymore time on this venture to be let down by employee care when the customer care which to me it is at this stage leaves a lot to be desired.

My application was on hold due to shift problem.I told her that i want my sunday off but she told me they will keep my information and when that shift will be available they will contact me...

But thats nt da way they only had given me the choice to choose any weekend (sat or sun).i had choosen saturday...but now shift is nt available...

Today again i had live chat with teletech then they response that my application is still on hold.

very rediculous...

Is it a pop-up blocker stopping it? Because I had this problem myself at the beginning.

Oh dear! I have just gone out of my way to connect the pc via a hardline and passed the computer requirments, but now I am reading about other people not being able to use the router at the same time (my dh works partly from home and well into the evening and being the breadwinner, obviously his job comes first, it keeps food on the table and a roof over our head), other people being totaly dissatisfied and the staff calling up being short with people and threatening to terminate the application process just makes me think this really isn't for me. I doubt they would be happy about my hols next week, plus I would only be able to accept a 7-11 shift, due to my children not going to bed before 8.30pm. I have worked for enough crap companies in my life to be very wary of what I am applying for. Think I may also leave it here.

I had the shift you are after and also had holidays booked that I forgot to mention. I emailed them and they said it wasnt a problem. I start my training on the 1st October not the 10th September*, as my holiday is on the 2nd week of training*. Send them an email and let them know your situation, they were more than willing to help me.

I applied and they should be calling at 3.30 today for my second interview. Got my workbooth cd today. Looking from what ppl have said though I do not think I will be able to take the job even if I get through as other ppl in the house need internet access and I wouldn't be able to start until 7pm anyway. Feel very down now
