She did ring me back to advise there is a problem at their end. I have re arranged for tomorrow evening, as she had other calls to make. I also got the job description for an inbound sales role....... Strange as I did apply for the CSR role. Will ask her tomorrow. What did they say to you LMinx? Are you still on for CSR?0

Hours 4:30 till 11. I can't start wrk till 7pm due to having a LO. Was just telling her this when phone cut off. Meeting good, was confusing that you have to be on phone and they didn't give me the number till I rung US three times. I deffo applied for CSR job not sales.......... Hmmmmmmm0

I believe there are people working 30+ hours for Teletech, obviously during your training you will be restricted but as long as you make it clear from the start interview that you want as many hours as possible you should be ok.WorklessLivemore wrote: »Hey Oliver ... just the person!
Was wondering if you knew if its possible to work around 35-40hrs per week with teletech ... I only ask as I notice they say on the advertisements your required to work 20hrs+ .... just wondering as I'm trying to work out if it's realistic that this could replace a fulltime job!
Thanks!
