Hi, I've started my training with Teletech and have been told that you can earn bonuses depending on your performance.
Can anybody tell me how much these bonuses are and how easy they are to achieve?

connect to the internet make model, and do you have cable or adsl internet?

Also all you need is a adsl or cable router it does not have to be a wireless router unless you will use the wireless for your own use, as you have to use
a wired connection between the router and pc while your working

Hi, my first post here. I heard about this company from my sister who has worked for them for the last 6 months. I've done the assessments, & had my first online meeting today. I had to do it on the phone as i couldn't log into the meeting place. I spoke to my sister & she suggested trying firefox instead of IE7. I've just installed FF & tried the meeting place test link again. I get the 3 green ticks but it times out connecting to the cisco server. I have downloaded the plugin, but it is still the same. I know the online training uses a similar setup, so i need to get this sorted if/when i start the training. Any ideas on how to setup access to the site? I've got my phone interview tomorrow, so fingers crossed!!

Good luck for your interview, i just had my final interview today, also there is another online assesment after the first interview. If its the same situation as me if the first interview is successfull the second one is with a Teletech manager

I had to put a wireless router in-line to pass the compatibility tests-sounds odd I know but that was the instruction from tech support-and it worked so Irish eyes isn't the only one.

can you try to uninstall your flash player using this remover tool
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
then reboot your pc, and using your firefox browser go back to adobe.com
and reinstall the Flashplayer again,

Then try the browser test again on the meeting place site.

Hi Oliver,

I am currently connected to the Internet through NTL/Virgin Broadband, it's through an Eternet connection.
Whats the difference between wireless and cable router, if you dont mind me asking?

The key thing here is the word "Router" I wont get too technical but
at the moment you have a modem that provides your pc with a public
or direct IP address, workbooth wont run in this mode hence the error
your getting in the assessment

So the work around is connecting a router between your cable
modem and your pc

ether of those will be ok, the only point of buying the wireless
version is if you have a 2nd pc like a wireless laptop that you want
to be able to share the NTL connection with.

Bonuses are based around call handling time and quality, hit your targets and you get the bonus. How easy it is depends on how you handle your calls, if you follow all instructions and don't get hit by too many silver surfers or eejit EUs (as they are know) then you should hit your bonus target without too much fuss. It all comes down to how you handle the call, how quick you can get through the basics and how well you follow your training and any support instructions given.

hi just to let you all know that they may be changing how they go through the recruitment assessments. I was meant to have my online meeting tonight (well, it was actually the third one I had to arrange, please see previous posts lol) and I got a phone call yesterday asking me to do a phone interview tonight instead of the online meeting as they had changed their assessments. Has this happened to anyone else??
