Hi yes I received the forms and workbooth cd just in time before xmas. I guess you'll probably get them next week now because of new year. I know they definately contacted one reference, im not sure of the others. Hope you get them soon.

The forms are pretty much the same as the online application, the only hassle is we need to get an identification document validated by a solicitor.

I have still not received the forms or the workbooth cd. and im supposed to be starting training on Monday!! Im really worried.

    I have the worst luck.

    Advice needed please.

I have not recieved the forms or workbooth disc and I am supposed to start training on Monday.

I knew there would be a delay with the forms and disc because of christmas/new years but I really did not think it would take this long.

I have emailed my recruiter yesterday and today but not recieved a reply.

What will happen if I cant start training on monday because of the disc and forms? Will I be given another training date?

    Im so worried :(

Don't worry you will still be able to log in to the training, when I trained loads of people didn't have their disks. They are not the most organised company!

After about 3 months of trying to sort all of it out I finally start training on Monday :) I found the Hirepoint team a bit useless at times but Teletech themselves seem a lot different. I've got my workbooth CD but not my new employee welcome package through the post so just waiting on that! Yay :j

    Yep we do!

I had a few problems with what shifts I wanted to do - I'm now doing weekends, and 1 weekday afternoon-evening.

So I'm just trying to work out how they would fit the 20 hours into those 3 days :) :rotfl:

This job is perfect for me as I'm currently in college it allows me to do my college work during the weekdays and do it all and then work the weekends. Really excited and looking forward to training :)
