Hi KammyK, this is meeting is new to the application process. I attended one the other day. They had technical issues and had to rearrange the first one. I couldn't make their rescheduled times so they said that was fine and they would contact me the following day when they have arranged further meetings.
I received the email the next day and chose the meeting I wanted. So I don't think it will be a problem changing. You should email the recruiter who sent you the meeting invite again. This person will be conducting the meeting. You should get a response.
Teletech seem to be ok with resheduling to fit your needs. When I received my final interview call (which was spot on time!) I was asked if it was still a convienient time to have the interview.
Goodluck, the group meeting is a little pointless to be fair. But at the end you arrange the final interview so it's definately worth attending!
Hey - Thanks, thats put my mind at ease.
Does anyone know of any full time positions simmilar to that of Teletech? I would just love to work from home full time!0 -
Oliver27,
Many thanks for the post/s.
I, now, realise I was looking for the wrong product at Argos!

If the training is over a certain amount of hours and you need to be "phoned" into a conference, how much does this cost? Will you get a hefty phone bill?0
-
We didn't even notice it on our phone bill so it couldn't be a very high cost at all.0

Hi Everybody,
I have also applied and have received the Online Assessment so I'll look forward to that when I'm on my home computer later :-)
I just wondered if someone could remind me about the shifts - This thread is incredibly long and although I found days people aren't prepared to work I still haven't found the shifts that are available.
Thanks

Shifts vary on what you are offered when you start, but its safe to say they will involve at least on weekend and the hours between 3-11pm0

I've just had my telephone interview and it went fine except for the fact they wont hire me because I have a cable phone line, apparantly it has to be a standard BT line and I work during the day (even though the shifts I would work are in the evening) :mad:0

I don't have a BT line, this was something I was never asked

She specifically asked if it was cable due to "security risks" its not really worth the expense for me at the moment to get a BT line installed for a part-time job0
