A lovely welcome, 32b3, and all the info necessary too, so, a gold star for you. :staradmin Many thanks.
So sorry to be so late in the day, SPCers, but we had a call from our DD as she needed our help, so needs must (her MS)! All's well now though.
You had me thinking exactly as the others did, TheCatsandDogsMother, that your ex neighbour had bolted with YOUR furniture! Obviously not...I think. ooooh poor pup.
Keeping regular I see, Kerry, good work.I once read a thread where a Jakesmum was commenting away happily  completely threw me as I couldn't remember posting any of the comments and they didn't match my family info, took me about an hour to realise there was no hyphen in the name and it wasn't me :rotfl:
If DS didn't look the spit of my dad I would have questioned his parentage. Does make me laugh that he is the spit of my side but is soooooo his fathers son and DD is the spit of her dad but is 100% me when it comes to money and [STRIKE]attitude[/STRIKE] loveliness
EDIT: Darn it, money I haven't got any money potting info . . *rummages in various items of clothes and around the sofa* know I dropped a £1 coin down the side of my chair a few days ago . . . . where are you! I NEED you to pot or Sue will shout at me for being completely off topic! . . . FOUND IT!!
£1 IN THE POT!! :j :j :rotfl:
Re the Jakesmum paragraph, jakes-mum, what more can be said other than yep, you're unique alright! *rolling eyes around and around and....* :rotfl: Re your Edit bit...by the skin of your teeth!! Target updated BTW.12_month_challenge wrote: »I won the lottery :j  :j

Brilliant 12 month challenge!! Though I see you're training yourself well as regards what to do with it!!!Great stuff with the other £2 as well!
Good for you, NannyG!
Many commiserations to you and especially your DH's family, honey. Good to see you're still potting though I wouldn't have been surprised if you hadn't really thought about it temporarily.
It's lovely to hear you've kitted your Mum out, TheDapster!Oyr town wasn't half as busy as we'd expected yesterday (Sat) either.
Saver-upper wrote:Now a big dent has been made in my Chrissy shopping. While the kids are out,I will spread everything out on the floor to see what everyone has got,who I still need to buy for.
Does anyone else do this: lay out the presents to make sure all the kids have the same-ish amount,AND try to make the piles look similar price-wise,even though most items my kids would have absolutely no idea how much each toy would cost.It is not that long ago, that everything in my 6yo's world cost 10p!:rotfl::rotfl:Also need to make sure there is enough for their stockings!
That's exactly what DH & I used to do when our 2 were young, Saver-upper, and our lass does it all with her 5 too! I'll bet most homes are the same! :smileyhea All done with so much love.
You've done extremely well this week, lexbubbles! :j
You too Brass_Triumphant!!!
Not missing you out either, Lincs, very well done! :T:xmassmile Have a great Monday, Potters, and to all those who going away for the festive season, safe traveling and HAVE A TRULY WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS and a very safe, healthy and Happy New Year!! :xmassign:

Some of the furniture was bought jointly, but I think it's worth losing some furniture to be not living with her anymore. The day has been spent cleaning up the mess that she left I want a clean house when I come back from holidays that way I don't have to stress.
The puppy is finehe seems to think visiting the vet is a special treat as they adore him there haha.

47p potted yesterday. The pig is starting to rattle nicely (its enormous though so I am never going to be able to fill it, but would be good to get her half full).

Hi everyone, hope you're all well and looking forward to Christmas!
I haven't posted for a couple of weeks, my father-in-law sadly passed away so it's been a sad, tough time.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten you all or given up. So, jumping back in to posting my potting - shiny £2 coin in the pot today x

Mother dearest has decided to help me with this one so keeps putting in any and all money she finds in her pockets. £30 went in yesterday from her!! I've absolutely no idea of the total, I'm just glad there's money there hahaDebt Paid - £0/£7240

Smiffy64 and honey
Thinking of you both at this very sad time. It's devastating to lose a loved family member at any time but it always seems so much worse round Christmas time when everyone else is so happy.
Sending hugs to you both and best wishes that 2016 will be kind to you.0 -
Thanks Sue-UU, I've updated my signature.
Realised this morning that there was 70p in our work's kitchen that's been unclaimed for weeks, so I've claimed it for my pot. My husband is on board with helping too, so he might put some shrapnel in.
We were given a Money Pot for our wedding, so we'd be in the habit of putting £2 coins in there since August 2014, that was emptied ready for this challenge and there was £300 in there! Hoping that's also given me the habit of keeping back the £2s at least!
You are all so good finding bits of change to go into your pots. I will probably be able to put something in most days, but I won't be keeping track of it until we open it up for counting.0
