:hello: good afternoon everyone,
I haven't been keeping up with the thread this week, but have been potting little bits. I have another £2.20 to go into the pot today after some shopping.
I do hope everyone is well and have not been too badly affected by all the storms and flooding we have had.
Take care all and I will pop in more, its just life seems so busy at the moment.:rotfl:SPC 11 #4450 -

Haha it really was taxing work Sue I'm not a big fan of shopping so the only way I could get through it was to eat lots of sugary/greasy goodness!
Another 20p found on kitchen worktop...into the pot! Decided to go for one pot for silver and one pot for pounds this time round.Sealed Pot Challenge No - 492

Apart from my car breaking down last week
and being stranded for a couple of hours until the AA came to the rescue and a few hundred pounds to fix, I have managed to still put about £20 spare coins in the pot.
Bless my son.. I told him about "roadkill" and in the past two weeks has found almost £1 in coins walking to and from school and he has been putting every penny in the pot.0 -
I'm going to read back now, I feel a bit solely posting my potting! That said, I will tell you that I just potted £5.22 x0

Not to worry, wealthygirl, as we're all aware that life gets in the way at times, but so long as you're ok and saving then that's just fine.
You've got it all worked out right, ZebNeedsMoney, you'll go far! :jHaha it really was taxing work Sue I'm not a big fan of shopping so the only way I could get through it was to eat lots of sugary/greasy goodness!

Thought as much Evo, still at least it got you there. A good idea with the silver v pounds pots, to my mind, it makes it easier whe counting.
Whoever would think like THAT eh, 12 month challenge, tut tut tut.TheMillions wrote: »Apart from my car breaking down last weekand being stranded for a couple of hours until the AA came to the rescue and a few hundred pounds to fix, I have managed to still put about £20 spare coins in the pot.

Crikey, given ALL that - AND still saving, TheMillions, you're doing wonderfully!!!
Oh bless him indeed, what a thoughtful lad!! :T He's looking in the most likely places though; kiddies seem to breed cash or at least they don't seem to worry about dropping any (Mum & Dad's cash I guess!). He's started well and no doubt he'll continue on, he's a treasure. :kisses3:
That's brilliant potting, sunshine! VERY well done you!!!!!:xmassmile I hope you're having lovely evening, Potters, with a super Friday ahead, ....remember the POTS!

My iPad battery ran out last night whilst I was posting so I didn't declare yesterday's pottings.
Yesterday I potted £2.45 and today 42p.
