  • morning :)
I was wondering if i could start up this challenge again (i tried a couple of years ago but didnt follow through)
I'm a bit confused, do i need a new number? i think i see my name at 181 or is that someone else
    many thanks
    SPC 10 - #181 :j (£15.00)
  • £3 potted this morning, change from a brew and mince pie in Asda last night while waiting for DD - well I worked through my tea break so I was parched! :rotfl:
Hopefully I'll get some more today - I'm really disorganised at the moment and having to buy lunch :( but at least that gives me change to pot :D
Dizzy I hope you don't get any more flooding
Jakes-mum I'd love a new mattress for my bed -maybe I'll get lucky in the January sales. I wake up with backache most mornings which I think isn't ideal. It can't be anything to do with the 3 cats sleeping on me can it! :rotfl:
  • 20p in coppers swiped from S's bedside table this morning (he said I could take it, it's fine)

Nothing else as today is going to be an NSD.

  • £1.50 in the pot this morning.

Cold, grey, drizzly day today here.

My son was narrator for the school Christmas play yesterday, he has autism so social settings are really difficult for him (even in a special school)

HE WAS BRILLIANT so very proud of him, he really does light up my life

Have a great day all xxxx

I really do hope you have more luck this time round, be sure to look through the 1st Pots on Page 1 to see if there are any other ways you can help yourself. For now, it's great to see you again! Don't forget to pop your No on your signature pronto please!!!!! :D

A very good afternoon, everyone, I hope you're all enjoying a good Wednesday, not too long to go now until Christmas is upon us. :j Lots of {{{Hugs}}} for any poorly family members, I really do hope you're all feeling so very much better very soon! :grinheart

    Well done with that
sneaky £2.50 12 month challenge! You did good. ;)

Hello there, bubbs!!! :hello: It's so lovely to see you drop in on us, a little more often would be good. ;)

Hello to you also, Dizzy Imp! :D Good for you on finding that loitering 5p; you have spent a load at the school. I'm sure they're all the same as with regard to fund-raising, our DGCs are always coming home saying they'll need X amount for the school!! I hope all's well after the flooding now.

You did well with those £2 coins, Saver-upper, snaffle as many up while you can as so often they're in short supply! I hope DS had a really good time skating.

Oh thanks a bunch for that, TheDapster! :( I've been craving a ruddy mince pie since mid morning, just had a coupld of Ric! Tea biccies to quell it...then comes you spouting off about them again!!!!

So long as he said, lexbubbles, then it's perfectly ok.

That was so beautiful to read through, !!!!!!!!! :j It sounds as though your DS really excelled himself as narrator. Congratulations to him :T He sounds as though he's the apple of your eye..your life too, bless him. :A I know a little about kiddies with that and how they suffer (loved ones too) so I'm really delighted for you. :happyhear

All the best for tomorrow, Evo, enjoy your day...the change too!!!! :j

Great saving, siju, btw..if the lemon juice doesn't work - try pepper!
