Hi Sue, I'm happy with that converted amount.
Just wanted to say thanks for keeping me motivated to save and reduce debt this year. The same goes for everyone else, it's a lot easier when you have encouragement and support.Number 4950 -
Im in Copenhagen now and just reading through some of today's posts totally amazed at some of the amounts being declared! Telling DH about them and he also can't believe it.
Just a point for next year, remember that there is going to be a new one pound coin, although not sure when it is. I don't want us to get caught out with lots of them in our tins and then we can't do anything with them.....No longer ...tobe! I've nearly caught you up - if we are including cash accounts on Ynab, I have 40. 35 are current/savings/credit card accounts.

Dont worry the new coins are due out in early 2017 but the old ones can still be used as tender till the banks start to phase them out, just think of all the infrastructure that needs calibrating, vending machines, trolleys and will have both in circulation, just like we have currently with the £5 notes and we did with the £50. The banks will start to retain all old £1 in time just like the will do with the old £5, so they will slowly reduce from circulation.
No panic, as they say leave it to us bank workers :-)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards. Very happy with that. I took £1,200 out earlier in the year for my help to buy isa but the rest will be used up for Christmas and maybe a holiday.
I do feel like I've cheated using my VSP but it's the best way for me to save

If we are breaking it down I have
9 x credit cards
19 x Current accounts
2 x savings pots
2 x isas
10 x Regular Savers
Although I will probably close some next year when the rewards reduce....
Okay so lets post my total...
I have saved £252 in my sealed pot, but I have saved across other challenges including my £2 pot..
£14842
I will bank my £1 coins when I can get no more into the pot, there is still room, and I am going to continue to fund my £2 pot as there is lots of room left in there, its for my Australia fund although I have been told that there is a possibility of a trip to the Maldives late next year so may go towards that, but I have been saving in my terrimundi pots since 2005 and the little tag said to go and dive in Australia so I want to continue to feed the pot (I changed it over when I smashed an old one a few years back as it said 21 on it and I was 30..I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards.
