Hi everyone, I've emptied my bank and saved
£289.75

This is amazing, I'm really happy with this.. added to the amount I used in July my total is £624.75.

I'm away on holiday again on Wednesday so this will give me extra spending money. I'm going to my favourite shop in the whole world which is Macy's New York so shall definitely be able to treat myself and hoping to buy a nice Xmas tree decoration xx

Hello, my pot contains......drum roll please £323.50, thought I was going to be well below target, my OH counted up last night whilst I was at work....happy. Thanks everyone, motivators and admins for keeping us all on the straight and narrow .

Hello there muppets, it's lovely to see you back again. A really wonderul amount of savings, well done!!!!! :j:T:j I went to put £139 on my sheet but then realised it's Euros....quite different when it comes back down to £123.99, obviously due to the weak pound at the moment, but still a brilliant sum indeed from tips and of which you're bound to be soooo proud! Congratulations and well done!

Another amazing sum, Plumduff!!!! I almost missed the true Total of £624.75, so congratulations to you as it's a brilliant pot of savings!!!!!:dance::T:dance: Very well saved indeed!

Declaring a bit late today as had to count my SPC when I got in from work. Very happy with my result:

SPC #067 £829.70

I had set my target at £600 so I am delighted with this. I will bank £800 and buy Premium Bonds with it - the remaining £29.70 I have added back into my pot as a start towards next years SPC.

Thank you so much for organising this thread - what a difference just adding small amounts to the pot makes.

Hope all fellow potters have had a good year.

I am delighted to declare the sum of £258.78, 78p of which I reckon was roadkill as I went for whole pounds. I only did half a year so will set myself a target of at least double for next year.

Sammy64, I can only echo what Sue says in that any amount saved is a good amount. It's not a competition, more a case of mutual support and encouragement as far as I see it.

I will try and find a new pot in Cornwall this weekend, ideally a naff one from one of the pointless tat shops that I love looking in when I'm down there. It will also serve as a worthwhile reminder that if you save little and often a nice short break is possible.

The £2.50 I didn't spend on coffee today will be used to start next year's pot.
