Sorry I haven't been potting recently, been very ill recently including two trips to A&E and all my spare coins used for popping to the shop because I didn't have the strength to do a big shop
but I intend to get back on the potting wagon soon when payday rolls around on Thursday
Hope everyone is doing well, hugs to all who need it :grouphug:SPC - #483 [banked £134.15] - :staradmin :staradmin gold stars from Sue-UU!

Afternoon all SPCers! :hello: I hope you've all have a really lovely weekend, a very good Monday too. Miserable weather, but not to worry.
Best wishes to all those of you who aren't well, here are some {{{hugs}}} to help you get better soon, those who may be feeling low too. Do know though that your wonderful SPC family are thinking of you. :grinheartDragon_Lily wrote: »Hi Everyone

Not to worry, Dragon Lily, come back whenever you can, and be mighty proud of that £4.50! :j
Oh very well done, Westie! We're well over half way so never give into temptation calling!
We're over half way aready, Cherry Burton! Wherever is your head!! *rolls eyes Heavenwards* Good to see you.lynnejk wrote:Welcome to the Fred Keedie and good luck with the savings
Now wouldn't it be funny if Keedie was a fellar with the first name being Fred, Lynne! :rotfl: ( how the devil does she know my name ) Well done with the £10 saved!Only 30p potted today but in good news I've just completed NSD number 4. I don't get paid until the 8th of July and it's been a heavy month so now that all my bills are paid/food is in I technically shouldn't have to spend a penny until I get paid. It's so hard walking past a shop and not popping in to grab a drink or a chocolate bar...the little things!
Only 30p is still far better than nowt, Evo, and with 4 NSDs straight off you can't complain. You surely DON'T have chocolate!! Think of the savings you could have...if you didn't!!!NeedToBeDebtFree wrote: ȣ5 potted today. Hard to pot before payday but I did it :-)
YAY!!! Excellent work, NeedToBeDebtFree! :TSaver-upper wrote: »I knew you would be surprised,Sue-UU.Surprised myself at the time, unable to think of any witty banter, no repartee, no waffle or anything.Cos we all know I don't waffle, don't we Sue?.No way,not me-straight to the point, that's me.No wasting of typewriter ribbon going on here,at all :rotfl::rotfl:
Yesterday my 14yo DD was meeting up with some friends.I gave her £10 to go with.Tonight she returned it to me,so straight into the pot it went.
I hope everyone is keeping well.Hugs for those that need them xx
Now, what can I say to one who admits to all that, Saver-upper!! :rotfl::rotfl: I was quite shocked the time, it was one of those "I just can't believe it" moments. Waffle you? Yes, you do, but we love your waffle (I felt compelled to say that now didn't I). :rotfl:
Well done your DD for giving that cash back - and you for potting it!! :T
Well saved, siju! It's a good day for me thanks, for you too I hope.
I'm so very sorry to hear you've been so very poorly, Selene, I truly hope you're much better now or that you will be. Take great care of yourself. Good luck with your pt when you get paid. :grinheartWhatever you do, Potters, enjoy the rest of your Tuesday, Wednesday too!! Keep feeding those pots!

I was sent a £50 gift card as compensation for an installation of a dishwasher that was done incorrectly, and also took a week to correct, and also had the installation fee refunded.
I'm going to pot it all. :j

Afternoon potterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs
Well been out for my weekly lunch with DH, decided to try a new restaurant and the bill was only £16, we normally pay about £25 - £27 so have potted the £10 we saved, sorted out changing over uncles gas and electricity care of MSE's energy thingy. Uncle receives a cheque for £15 cos they took longer than expected and gave it to me saying 'you sorted out switching it so its your money' i tried to get him to keep it but he wouldnt have it bless him so thats in the pot too.
Also had 3 x £2 coins (2 of which I spotted in uncles change in the cake shop s made him swap up with me) and a bit of shrapnel in the pot from my purse so lots of pennies in my pot recently
