    Morningggggggggg Pottersssssssssssss

Well some little so and so drove what feels like a 40 tonne truck over me in my sleep last night as I feel ruddy awful! Some sort of virus that is attacking my glands I think. Have had it for a fair few days but it seems to have taken serious umbrage with me in the last 24 hours so i'm sat in my chair (seriously contemplating going back to my bed) doing nothing.

Anyway, enough of my pity party, potting . . potting . . . what have I potted? Oh had quite a good potting session in the last few days as had a fist full of change for shrapnel tin, got 2 x £2 coins to go in the £2 coin tin AND . . . £25 potted from no meal out this week, £20 potted from a dividend being paid out I wasnt expecting and £25 from DS in repayment for his xbox and toward his gym membership  sooooo . . . ugh not well enough to work out figures . . . declarng LOTS of money in the tin today :o

I am now returning to my self pity, so happy potting all

Get well soon jakes-mum sometimes we need to just rest up and have a "duvet day" or two :)

My potting is coming along nicely after a false start or two, hoping to exceed past potting totals, not wanting to wish the year away but roll on November :D

We have been back in the house for exactly a week, and absolutely love it :j.Just so much space :j:j:j.And OH and I have our own bedroom (how posh is that-no more sleeping on a matress on the floor of the front room:we did that for 12 months after giving our then 13yo DD and 12yo DS their own rooms).
There has been a bit of finding our way around : "where are the forks?/where do we keep the frypans?/why do you keep it there///I can't find the baked beans!":rotfl:
I have been blitzing the place when I can.Especially this weekend,I have been unpacking stuff and finding homes for everything.Life is just one big nesting session at the moment :D.
Potting-wise,tonight I potted about £3.50-forgot the exact amount, though it did include 3x£1 coins.
Enjoy the rest of the long weekend, everyone.

Sounds like fantastic fun saver-upper. Have a brilliant time getting your house the way you want it x

A trickle of shrapnel into my piggy after splashing out on ice-creams for everyone yesterday. Beautiful weather here for the Bank Holiday, which makes a change!

Thank you for the get well wishes, am feeling a bit better but that was not a nice virus at all!

Saver-upper, so glad your back in you shiny new home :D

Well today is Jake the Teen Monsters birthday! I feel so old  and to celebrate, it's absolutely piddling it down here!

No change at the minute, but off out later to take little sister to buy her big brother a present (seems when I'm ill the whole world stops till I'm better so no one actually thought to take her while I was having my one woman pity party all weekend) soooooo shall be back later with hopefully some change and definitely a rather large slice of cake :D
