Hi Everyone
I've been very broke and very stressed so haven't been keeping up with this thread or my potting
My real estate took ages to find a new tenant and now are refusing to release the bond, even though I have already paid the fees they are claiming, so that will take at least another three weeks to resolve.
I also had to turn down a good job as it would have meant adding an extra 2 1/2 years to my current university degree.
Also my poor little car started to pack it in. I've managed to find the funds to fix him but all in all my finances took a hit.
But now I am pack to potting and paying off my credit card with a vengeancepositive thinking here (am now just hoping the puppy decides to stay out of mischief and the vets)
I hope everyone else's potting and lives are goodNumber 4950 -
Sorry to hear life's been rubbish lately Cat - hoping things start to get better soon
I found 6p in my handbag, so potting that. Might have some more later as I've got to pop out this afternoon.
Happy potting peeps x0 -
It appears quite a few potters are having a troublesome time at the moment. It's not always easy to stay positive when life gets difficult but, quite often, a virtual talk is a good way of helping. I really hope things improve soon xx
In potting news :- MY FIRST ROADKILL :T I found 20p on the pavement this morning while I was walking the dog. Then I found another, and some more. By the end of the road, I had a total of £1.47!!!!! All I hope is that it isn't some kiddies lunch money

That happened to me when I parked up a few weeks ago in my usual car park. I presume someone must've flipped a load of change out of their pocket as they got into/out of their carSPCNo.18 #20 (17 £562.86 16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)

I don't seem to have had a £2 for ages. This weekend I acquired 4. I'm still on the lookout for my Shakespeare/Hamlet one, but I just looked and one of these has a tube train on it!! A few years ago I used to pull out all the 'specials' and keep them separate - will definitely be doing it with the Hamlet one if I get it, but this one will go in the tin with the rest. I've also got another £4.29 on my Quidco balance, so totals updated.

Morning potters.
Sorry haven't posted for a little while.
Humming bird welcome to the thead, yes you can use a 'virtual pot' have a read through the first post and when Sue comes along with a number pop it onto your sig so she can keep track of you. When the pots are opened in November just make sure you've kept a list of what was in your virtual pot so you can declare the amount. Happy potting.
I put £20 in my 1p a day challenge tub rounding up last weeks money. Then I put £15 in my seal pot, I'd got a petty cash claim back from work but as the money had been spent a couple of weeks ago and I hadn't really missed it I thought I'd put the money in my pot. I also found a £5 gift voucher when I tidied my dressing table so spent that on groceries and bunged a £5 in the pot as well.
They feel well fed this week.SPC~12 ot 124
