I can see "I am cumber batched" as well.

Potting £20 again to to round up my 1p a day challenge money for the week.
Found 5p in the laundry basket while sorting washing, not sure who's pocket it fell out of so that went in the pot.

    Have a good day all.

    Morning pottersssssss,

Well DH presented me with a gift yesterday! An A4 notepad from the £ shop (yes truly the last of the big spenders) so I can start looking at costing a for Disney a World next year . . . I am not sure I view this as a gift for me as basically he just handed me months of research  a TRUE gift would have been HIM doing all the leg work! :rotfl:

He assured me he is going to help, which amounted to me trawling websites for prices and him watching videos on you tube of the rides at the parks . . . For all of 30 minutes before he found an excuse to leave me too it . . . I feel like I've been had

Hope your DD is doing well at the minute Sue, does better weather help her or is she like me? Our summer weather knocks me for six, I did get told that there are quite a few similar symptoms between ME and MS :(

No pennies for me yet but am off to a French market and L!dl with my mum today so hopefully some potting will happen later on

Ha ha no he was fine! He's a good thrower. Luckily it landed against the stair gate so was only in 2 pieces - the v wall would have been worse. He's so strong bless him.

No worry at all, siju, my Fitbit One I put in a certain lady place ;), but I could just as easily pop it in my pocket. My DH had a FB Zip and that had a part that clips into his pocket. Think pockets and you'll be ok.
Quiet potting's better than none! ;)

Thank you Sue-UU. The mind boggles  I will look further into it. I've signed up for Bounts now and have a tracker on my phone for the moment which will give me a bit of time to research :rotfl:

Another £2.53 for the pot today. Have a lovely weekend everyone

£2.50 potted today. Left over from shopping this morning. My hubby has now started saving his 50p's into a lovely wooden pot where he keeps all his spare change, so no more spare 50p's for me. However he's saving towards our garden which will be having a big makeover this year, so all in a good cause :)

My pot is now so heavy I can hardly lift it with one hand! I've just bought another pot for when it gets full and I need to empty and bank the coins. I will remember to add the fig I bank to my signature for the Nov count up.

I don't know why there's so much money going in my pot this week

Decluttered a drawer today and found £8.48 lurking at the back so into the pot it went. Went to the supermarket and the bus driver very generously gave me 3x £2 coins (I've started saving them now!) so that went into the pot, and then 30p in my purse at the end of the day got potted. All totalling £14.78... I think my poor pot must be confused because normally it only gets fed coppers and silvers

jakes-mum maybe next time you could find something you want, buy it and send DH the bill? :rotfl:

I'm a total geek for gadgets and love my Fitbit Flex so I was devastated (not just on the basis of how much it cost) when I somehow (and it's still a mystery) lost it from my wrist on the Thursday before Easter. I'd parked my car out of town and walked there and back, so of course had to retrace as many of my steps as I could. I didn't see it all day because I had a very long-sleeved top on, but had no reason to suspect anything was amiss. Plus I had another bracelet on which was still there. I remember thinking I hadn't felt it vibrate when I went over 7000 steps, but I still didn't check so it was only when I got home, got changed and took my top off that I noticed it had gone. It sync'd at 12.50pm, which is when I was in Debenhams on my lunch hour but again, couldn't remember anything untoward. I couldn't imagine it just dropping off as it was quite secure (some days I wear it fastened to the belt loop on my jeans or dress if I'm wearing more than one bracelet), and I couldn't imagine anyone taking it off me without me knowing. Weirdly, it logged over 6000 steps in the time 30 minutes it took me to drive home!! So it either dropped off and some lucky person picked it up and kept it, or it's hidden somewhere in my car which is unlikely as I vacuumed it out before my trip to Scotland with my Mum so would hope I'd have found it. Anyway, by the time I realised it was gone, the app was showing that the battery was dead. Again weird because it logged a total of 18000 steps. I retraced as much of my walk as I could, at 9.30pm at night, on my own in town and down deserted back streets with my car. I went back to work and stood outside the office like an idiot trying to get a signal to at least reassure me it was in there, with no luck. Hubby even phoned one of his colleagues on Security on Good Friday to see if he was working and if he would check. No luck there either. I chuntered about it on Twitter to my friends, deliberately NOT tagging Fitbit Support in the tweets but of course they saw it and asked me to contact them by email. They decided that I was genuine and had obviously made every effort to find my device, so they sent me a complimentary replacement!! Talk about excellent customer service and of course good PR. Now of course I'm paranoid about losing it and am forever checking my wrist, plus I bought a load of cheap coloured replacement wristbands from ebay as my original one is black, which doesn't help when you're trying to find it in the dark!! Last Saturday in London we did over 16000 steps and walked 7 miles. I love the sleep tracker - barring the odd blip where I catch it and it thinks I went to sleep mid-afternoon (I wish!), I average 8 hours every night. And I love the readings where I never actually move.

At work, we're joining the Global Corporate Challenge which starts on 25th May for 100 days and for which we all get a free tracker - so I'll be doubling up (I think you can link an existing tracker if you have one)!!

In other relevant news, nothing in the pot this week so far! :rotfl:
