Hi All
I would very much like to jump on the fitness tracker track..... I've been looking around at various types but my biggest problem is I have to be very careful what I put next to my skin as I suffer terribly from allergic reactions. I wear a Swatch watch as any metal will cause blisters. Can anyone recommend a suitable device please? I do a lot of walking but also spend a couple of nights a week dancing. I'm not really bothered about the sleep tracking - generally, I know when it's not been good!
Quiet potting week - just £1.00 last night

Folks, sadly I am bailing from this challenge as it has become unsustainable. It's been lovely chatting with you all though.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I put £20 in todsy and some loose change I found in my car and my jeans, I'd only spend it on rubbish so I'd rather it go in my sealed pot.
Hello Azzzaa, it's good to hear you sounding so thrilled about saving in your pot - BUT - I don't have your name on the list of members, so would you like o join us. If you would then your No is 462. Treasure each day, tell your loved ones you love them and enjoy your life as we none of us know what is round the corner.
Hugs sue I hope your dear friend is as comfortable and pain free as possible.
Thank you so very much for your lovely words, mrs-moneypenny, I'm sure they'll give food for thought to us all as it is true that none of us know what's around the corner. He is being given morphine as and when and is being 'kept comfortable' as sadly it's all they can do. I suppose the only way we can look upon it is that, at least he was given another 20 years to enjoy life as a Husband and Father, still a lot to be thankful for.
Bless you for the comforting words.

They sell both of the reeces one in pound land, or pound world. They used to sell the M&Ms too, but I haven't seen them for ages. Its funny though, I can't stand peanut butter, or hershey chocolate, but I love all three of those products
During a misspent half hour in New York I uncovered some birthday cake flavoured M&Ms. they nearly put me off of chocolate for life

So sorry to hear about your friend's Son. what a sad situation. It is such a wicked world isn't it? Thats why I like to try to live for the day as much as possible.

Thanks so much, 32b3, all of us need to sieze while we're able.
BTW, are you trying hard to get me hooked on peanut butter bits and bobs! I'm easily led you know so will take [STRIKE]a lot of notice[/STRIKE] absolutely NO notice!
It sounds an excellent charger, MrsC....tobe, it would be good if you keep us updated on how that and the Blaze goes, please. :grinheartGood luck with your financial goings on - or not!!
I don't know about Westie's tracker, Ruth, ithough t's not an FB, but my Fitbit One works brilliantly though I have to press a button just before going to seep, then in the morning to stop the sleep part. Maybe you could check your Mum's to see if she's using the sleep part correctly. You're still saving and will pick up, I know you!
Keep it up, Chutney, as you HAVE to be doing really well.
Thanks so very much, jakes-mum, much appreciated.
That's a colossal amount you've potted, briiiillllliaanntt!!!!!! :j
Far better potted than spent, Selene, whatever the reason for withdrawing it was!! :rotfl:
That's some amazing saving you're doing, savingpennies!!! Good for you with the survey too, it all counts!!! :T
Well done, parksandrec!

No worry at all, siju, my Fitbit One I put in a certain lady place
, but I could just as easily pop it in my pocket. My DH had a FB Zip and that had a part that clips into his pocket. Think pockets and you'll be ok.
Quiet potting's better than none!
I'm so sorry you think SPC is unsustainable, Val, but if you really do wish to leave us then I'd far sooner you be happy, if ever you change your mind, you know where we are. Take good care ad save well. :grinheart

Evening all
£5 potted for me recently. This potting malarkey really isn't happening for me this year. Just don't have the spare pennies to pot, however I will stick with it. Anything is better than nothing.
and hopefully when I'm back at work next year I'll get back on track.
Sue - Sorry to hear about your friends son. How awful for all involved.

Morning pottersssssss,
Well DH presented me with a gift yesterday! An A4 notepad from the £ shop (yes truly the last of the big spenders) so I can start looking at costing a for Disney a World next year . . . I am not sure I view this as a gift for me as basically he just handed me months of research  a TRUE gift would have been HIM doing all the leg work! :rotfl:
He assured me he is going to help, which amounted to me trawling websites for prices and him watching videos on you tube of the rides at the parks . . . For all of 30 minutes before he found an excuse to leave me too it . . . I feel like I've been had
Hope your DD is doing well at the minute Sue, does better weather help her or is she like me? Our summer weather knocks me for six, I did get told that there are quite a few similar symptoms between ME and MS
No pennies for me yet but am off to a French market and L!dl with my mum today so hopefully some potting will happen later onSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £2470.95/£1000 (19) £0/£10000
