Im back to mse after a long time off.. let me know if my sig needs updating
Hi themstarrynights, Sue had a major overhaul of the numbers last year as we had a list of over 2K members but only 2-300 were actually participating so you'll definitely need a new number but she'll pop in at some point and give you a nice new (and much lower!) shiny number for your siggie
Just had a look me dearie and you are still on the list as number 332 so you probably fell off the SP wagon just as Sue changed the numbersSo if you could change your number to the new one that would be fabalicious <--- new favourite word of the day! . . The world would be so much more interesting if I made word of the day toilet paper
P.S Welcome back!I got mine from Pounland too. I've got minion ones :rotfl:

Word of the day toilet roll is a fab idea Jakes-mum. We have an obscure word of the week competition at work and then try to fit that word in general conversation during the next week. Who said civil servants have got nothing to do!!

Of course you can be included, Cutcostsandsave. A very warm welcome to you! It's lovely to have you with us. :grinheart Have fun saving and enjoy the banter. You'll find your number at the bottom of this welcome message. Please read through the 1st Postas it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge. PS. We always empty our pots and declare our savings in November, please make a note of this year's date: 3rd Nov.
Please also subscribe to the thread by clicking on "Thread Tools" (lower green bar) and clicking "Subscribe to this thread"...or you may lose us! To put your SPC No on, go to "Quick Links" (right side of top green bar), click and then click on "Edit Signature" and you're away.
*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.
Cutcostsandsave - Please note your No is 107.The previous owner didn't return, however, if she decides to she's welcome to re-join and be given a new one. BTW. You're welcome to add any other MSE challenge totals to your SPC one in November.
A very warm welcome home, themstarrynights! Please note your new No is 332. As jakes-mum rightly told you, I had to do a whole new list shake up as so many folk were no longer on MSE, let alone SPC!
Don't forget to pop your No on your siggie, thanks.
A gold star for you, Tizzi, and many thanks for your help (don't forget the words "please read through the 1st post on page 1"). Thanks and great work with your savings!!!
Well done, kezbabybabe! You're doing well.
I hope you've seen jakes-mums post, nows the time, you never need to re-join, so go with your No on your siggie. bTW. You did brilliantly during SPC 8 - keep that vein up!!!It was Jake's mate not DH's lol, if it had been DH's mate I wouldn't have thought twice about taking any change offered, but even I draw the line at coercing money from a teenager :rotfl:
.....and that doesn't that make you feel worse??!! Nah, course not.Well, if anyone can get your little one a bargain it HAS to be you, so I'll watch out for one some time soon!
BTW. A gold star for you, jakes-mum, and many thanks for all your help. :staradmin

Sounds as though you're doing very well, Mumof2, and a good new pot to go with it, only one thing to do now...fill it!!!c.w.2015 wrote:On a downside caught the hubby taking some change out for car parking... Is that ground for divorce?
How can your hubby be doing that, c.w.2015, when your pot is SEALED???!!!!!!Firstly, you seal it!!!! Secondly, you slap his hands and tell him NO WAY!!! If you need a "Holding Pot" then please see the 1st post, which you've......already read. :A
Good saving, 32b3, so what words have you been coming up with today I wonder; or maybe I'd rather not know! I worked in an office, and on quiet Friday afternoons we played "town, city, river etc"; a name for each category with a selected letter, sounds so tame to some I can think of now for sure.
Ah..bless your DH, Curly! It has to be love.
Ah...I see, Westie, at least I think I do.... So long as you enjoy it that's all that matters.
VERY good, Rylee....
...you too, Mumof2.....mrs-moneypenny and Val too would you believe!
There's some really great savings going on here, folks, keep that up and you'll be soooo chuffed come November!!!!! :jWell,Potters, let's hope it's a fairish Tuesday, but do take care all those of you in or near floods, take GREAT CARE!! Don't forget those hungry pots!
