Found a £1 coin in the Co-op car park today:j and into the pot it went. Paid for my groceries by debit card today so obviously no change to pot:(.

I'm very excited every time I catch sight of my see-through Holding Pot because there's loads in there and only today and tomorrow to spend any of it:j. Whatever's left as Big Ben strikes tomorrow night will be going in my SP:beer:

Hello my lovelies!! Hope you've all had a great Christmas :rudolf:, if it's a tricky or painful time of year for any of you, then I hope you feel lots of peace. x

Put air in the car today, but went crazy and instead of putting 40p in, we sped around and did it with 20p worth of air...so obviously the other 20p went in to the pot, along with some shrapnel and a pound for good luck!! And yeah, I hummed a musical 'challenge' type song whilst DH was doing it lol!!

Here's to a good 2016!! Thinking of all you flood sufferers. x

A lovely £13.76 in the pot today which is money i've managed to change up with the money DS gave me toward his debt Only £60 to goooooo! :rotfl: I just couldn't bear the thought of potting all that money and non of it making a clunky noise

Am off to pay those pesky bills at the bank tomorrow so will take the last £60 and make them change them into lovely £2 coins for my £2 coin tin as that is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too empty compared to the shrapnel tin and I can't be having that!

I have made it my personal challenge that I MUST fill 2 x pound shop sealed tins with shrapnel this year at least! and at least 1 x Pound shop sealed tins with £2 coins! Failure is not an option people!

Went shopping with 4 children this afternoon while their dad went to see Star Wars.They were sooooooo well behaved,especially my son,who is usually very naughty at the shops (I talk like he is a little toddle-he is 12!!I think because they all had Christmas money to spend,they enjoyed the browsing and choosing for themselves.
Anyway,at the end of it,I have potted £4.56,including 3 x £1.Very pleased with that.
Bought kids to our house just now,to get frsh clothes and show them what work OH and I have done around the house.Blimey we have made a mess :eek:.Don't know how we are ever going to get this house back together :eek::eek::eek:.
