the sum is now £135 and it also states
for your informaiton the supreme court ruling (parking eye vs beavis) ha confirmed that a parking charge issued on private land in enforceable and does not breach unfair terms in consumer contract regulations 1999
I assume by other threads i am to ignore these letters? What goes around-comes around0 -
Yes, ignore debt collectors. They have no power.
Do not ignore a Letter Before Claim/Letter Before Action or real Court Papers.
If you post again please add to your original thread rather than starting a new one as it could get confusing.

i assume ncp have never taken it further than debt recovery letters? What goes around-comes around0 -
I've had a quick search of the forum and it seems highly unlikely that NCP would "do" court.

Have you complained to the BPA and DVLA that you haven't received a PoPLA code? This assumes you made an initial appeal when you first received the PCN.
If you haven't complained yet, this should be your only action.
