BPA have replied pretty useless just told me to get on contact with ncp to ask for another popla code as i didnt receive the firs tone-which i have with no response as yetWhat goes around-comes around0

make a copy of that BPA letter and send it to NCP, with details of the pcn number etc , put the pressure on0

ncp have sent me another snail mail saying they only have to generate one code which they have and they will not give me another their decision is final
i have now emailed the bpa yet again telling them of this
it seems its tough if u dont receive their emails they clearly do not care

Well actually it was Mr Mayhook who took them to court!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

So, they've chosen not to allow you access to ADR, despite the fact that 12 months have not yet elapsed from the incident - I refer to the recent Euro legislation on access to ADR.
Ask the BPA whether this fits in with their view on current ADR legislation. Especially given the multiple threads on online forums relating to NCP's rejection/POPLA codes going missing rather a lot.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
