ive just heard from the bpa-not very pleased her eis their reponse:
Thank you for your e-mail.
Please be advised we did not receive the additional information from you.
Furthermore, if the Operator has sent out a POPLA code there is no breach of our Code of Practice. I appreciate you may not have received the letter but there is little we can do in situations like this as we cannot prove the letter was sent or received. As there has been no breach of our Code, we are unable to get a POPLA code re-issued.
We are sorry we are unable to assist you in this matter.

You need to think very carefully how to handle this.
Bear in mind that the PPC is a BPA member, you went to POPLA and they played games with you and then you get harassed by Wright Hassall

Does it not seem like a huge scam operation to extort money from you ??

Well, you have read all about Wright Hassall who wear different hats to suit themselves.
As Fruitcake said earlier, you need to raise this as an issue with the BPA and the DVLA as there is a Confliction of interests which is detrimental to the motorist and general public
It is no different to Gladstones = IPC = IAS0 -

We all know the BPA are now rubbish but, it is hardly private when the PPC is a member of the BPA.
It is more about public concern regarding the validity of the BPA0
