A friend of mine currently does Kleeneze, she seems to spend most of her time on the phone, whilst her husband is out delivering and collecting brochures. They have targets to reach and weeks/weekends away to win! And they go all out to win! They have a down line, and I assume that all the phone calls are to get people to join up!

They both are really into it and spend all their time on it, so I assume they're are getting the rewards. However they don't seem to have time for anything else!

they are many other opportunities on offer that are very similar to kleeneze which my friend is involved. He's enjoying it and has had a lot of success. I've started selling on ebay, simply going through some afiliate programs. Its the drop shipper theory. PM if you want more details but remember work hard!

You can earn £25 - £75 per week by handing out catalogues and collecting them again.
That sounds about right for those who’ve established their business. 20+ hours a week to earn on average £50.
You pay for your own books and all other costs.
That’s correct. All phone calls, travel expenses, wastage (lost books etc), training and recruitment of others comes out of your earnings. That’s the downside of self-employment. I think they forget to mention that before you sign up though.

After that, unless you’re under the tax threshold, you’ll have to keep money aside for tax and national insurance payments. It is illegal not to declare earned income. Again, they conveniently forget to mention that.
    he GENUINELY earns £20,000/month
That claim always arises in MLM. There’s always someone who allegedly earns huge income – the proof that it can work.

Think about how much in sales would be needed to earn that commission, think of how big his downline would have to be, think about the sheer number of customers that would be needed. Then think about the number of people who actually buy from these catalogues and how little they spend. It doesn’t add up.
To recap. Big money can be earned. I personally know several people who are full time and earn in excess of £2500 and up to £20,000(yes twenty)/month.
Same argument as above, but with bells on.
Most of us will earn very little when it is worked out on an hourly basis.
Most people (90%) lose money in MLM, not make it. Even those who stick at it and pull in £50 a week, more like £25-30 after expenses, are working for around £1.20 an hour.
I earned next to nothing but kept at it in the hope that I would BREAK THROUGH. I never did.
That’s the reality of it. MLM is a scam. It’s selling a false promise of wealth.

Yes, in return for a lot of hard work some people (a small minority of those who join) do make a small income, but there are many more sure-fire ways of making a bit more money than an MLM scheme.

I would urge people to think very carefully before getting involved in an MLM scheme, and remember, most of the claims they make are nothing more than recruiting propaganda.

  • We have now been running our kleeneze business for 2 1/2 years we have a very good customer base of approx. 550 loyal customers, spread over a four week period,we earn between £700-£1000 per month part-time, purely from retail sales. We moved house in November 2003,starting again in a new area with no customers. We built this up in a matter of months.Anybody that says they are not making money in Kleeneze are lazy.
Just like any other business you are going to have running costs,e.g catalogues, stationery, fuel, which are all tax deductable.

My advice is GO FOR IT!! and earn what you are truly worth

  • I have been in network marketing for 3 years now, 21/2 years with Kleeneze and 5 months with Everyday Essentials, and yes people are earning between £2000 - £20,000+ per month, yes they have worked hard and have teams but many have built it to a level where they leave their full time jobs by working around their commitments. Many people are happy with just earning an extra few hundred pounds each month(makes a big difference to someones life) in their spare time instead of watching TV or whatever.

We joined EE because we felt we had joined Kleeneze too late, it is just a numbers game - talk to enough people and you'll find someone who wants to join, we felt we were having to through more and more numbers as most people have either tried Kleeneze or know someone who has and to fund this we were having to do more and more retail ourselves, we tried sponsoring in Holland but thats more expense, with EE we aren't going through such enormous numbers because people want to join , its a new family run business and this excites people, they have their own territory so no competing with other EE agents for customers,an online webshop to promote with our customers and worldwide if we wish,a rewarding payplan that does reward the average distributor not just the big retailers, this is what i thought networking was going to be like when i joined Kleeneze. I have 100% belief in the company, in the products and in the opportunity

Its about helping people to earn what they want from the opportunity whether its £200 amonth or much more, if you help enough other people to earn what they want - your earnings increase and when you find someone who wants the bigger incomes and they recruit people and they find someone and so on you end up having an ever growing team, it gets to a point where if you went on hol it would still grow and you would still earn because residual income is about being paid for the work you do in the beginning even when you stop work later.

Network marketing is the only way I know how ordinary people can earn extra ordinary incomes and anyone can acheive it with patience, perseverence, commitment and determination - personal development is an important factor, how can anyone expect anything to change unless they are prepared to change? Thats the starting point. We are really enjoying being with EE , we are retailing but its not taking over our lives, we have a great team building and we are working around the family and other commitments.

    Debbie,

7 posts all pumping EE, mmmmh.

These schemes really work - I know someone who earns £20,000 a month. His name is Mr Ponzi. He buys cheap tat that costs pennies and then says it will make someone happier/thinner/healthier/etc and sells them for many pounds. Usually vitamins, slimming pills, plastic cr4p stuff or self-improvement books; but the clever bit is that he promises people much more money from recruiting more scammers (sorry downline).

I've joined and if i can get 12 levels it means I'm earning £5 million a week without doing anything. The factorial growth means I only need to have 38 million people in my downline, and since the population of the world is 4 billion, that shouldn't be too difficult. I can't see why more people don't sign up.
  • Hi BFG

Guess network marketing isn't your cup of tea - which is fine, I was the same before we joined, I have since realised that I hadn't understood what it was all about.
We provide a service to our customers, many of them rely on the service we provide and we provide quality products, people are under no pressure to order everytime, we receive telephone orders between catalogues and people phoning asking when are we due round again, by distributing the products by a network of distributors means alot of the middlemen normally involved in the retail chain are cut out so we can offer the products at a competitve price, and the profits are paid back into the network as bonuses, its a way to run your own business without having the headaches and overheads of premises, stock or staff.
We provide a gateway for a lot of people to improve their lives by giving them a means to earn an extra income which is based on their efforts and in the time that they have available - its an extra income that can be earnt around whatever their commitments are, whether its a full time job or family. It won't suit everyone but its been the answer for me to be able to be at home with my 3 children as they are growing up.

Okay, I have looked into this now, heeded the warnings and seen the possibilities. I am thinking of joining up (possibly with Kleeneze) but want to know if anyone has any advice about which distributor/team/group/upline to sign up with?

I have had contact with the Fast Forward, Pole Position, Samurai and Briffa groups. Are there any differences between these (and other groups) ?

Are there any questions I should be asking the distributors to make sure they are keen and able to help me make it a success?

What else should I be looking out for before I sign up?

    Thanks.

Debbie, you've been listening to too many speeches from Amway types.

Don't know what EE sells, but by 'quality products' do you mean 'buy for pennies, sell at vastly inflated prices to feed the MLM commissions'.

    Apologies if I seem sceptical.....

    ..............................but that's because I am!

Before pulling holes in a company would it not be an idea to do some research on them ?
