Off home to do some batch cooking for the rest of the week.
Looks like winter has proper set in now : /0 -
Well done to both B17c and musogirl on SOTW :T and congrats to everyone else with losses this week
The only downside I'm finding to the 1% milk denise is it's going down faster due to a bigger allowance - although my OH is a bit of a milk monster and makes nesquik milkshakes and drowns his cereal in it. So I might have to buy double the amount when doing our weekly shopI'm finding my cuppas taste different using it, although it's not unpleasant I'm enjoying it
Food for today:
B - porridge with choc shot, plum & banana
L - mugshot (I didn't really fancy anything else)
T - bacon medallions. jacket spud and carrot wedges (bizarre combination meal - Tuesday's always end up a bit 'fling everything onto the plate and hope for the best' kind of day)
I've not really felt hungry all day. It's weigh day tomorrow so I've been snacking on fruit hoping to get my speed count up. I'm feeling better in myself at least so hoping the scales reflect that tomorrow.
No idea on what I'll do with my syns, will have to root round my kitchen later and see what I can find
 tweets I'm so envious I've not even started to think about prezzies for people never mind getting them bought and wrapped, that's so organised! We only really have family to buy for so hoping to get it all done in a couple of trips
Well done june on the NSVs. I'm due for an asthma checkup with my doc soon, for the first time I can't wait to go simply because she's been nagging me for years to lose weight saying it will help my symptoms! Although it wasn't her nagging that convinced me in the end, I hope she's as pleased with my weight loss as I am
Have a lovely evening everyone0 -
I no Maman, that's why I'm not losing anything as I'm getting away with it but not losing.
Need to make a massive effort and keep it going and not get distracted or comfort eat. The motivation just isn't there as it was before. Although the more I eat off plan the worse I feel and then I just have more to try and make myself feel better.
Doing some batch cooking tonight and hopefully some day I'll get back to target coz I know I can maintain ok.
May have to return to a group after xmas if I don't start to behave! Can't afford it right now and not overly keen on it so not really committing to the idea either. I'm just useless right now lol :rotfl:
I'd like to know peoples thoughts on losing and regaining, I lost 6.7, regained 2 anyone else had a regain??? of any short?
Did you get yourself motivated to ever get it off again?
What do you think led to your regain? Just interested
After I got to target, life took a turn for the worse and I ended up on medication. Side effects were increased appetite so weight gain. Put back on 1.5st. Once off meds I lost the weight and more but very slowly, none of the 2-3lb losses from original target. Still at target so must be doing something rightIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Maman - that link only shows the ingredients not how it's actually cooked. Looking at the picture it looks like it might be a bit like a baked risotto - is it? Can't say I really fancy it either! I like squid and I like ouzo but think they really go together.
The chilli squid and spicy rice wasn't particularly nice in the end so won't be making it again, although I've done the chilli squid before and that was OK but didn't like it with the rice although that might be because it wasn't spicy enough.

Super free (SF) is a term that used to be used by SW in the past, however they dropped it at the beginning of this year when they created a list of Speed fruit and veg, which doesn't include pineapple unfortunately. There's a link to the list on the first post.
Oh, dohSpeed, not Superfree.
Thanks Lois! Mystery solved. I couldn't understand it, because on the plans buried on the online site for Green and Original pineapple still has the S next to it. But those plans still refer to Superfree (they're dated April 2015). So the third "speed" is an EE thing.0 -
Todays menu:
B: bran flakes (heB), strawberries
L: asda G&B snack pot (1.5), apple, clementine, plumHM creamy pasta bake
S: Alpen light (3)
4.5 syns in total
Typing this up, it occurs to me that I've had no meat yesterday or today, and have none planned in for the rest of the week. Sorry if this is a daft question, but does that mean I'm doing green days? And if so what does that mean? Extra Easy is all I know!!0
