Well as usual the weekend for synful although not as bad as some weekends - the only problem being there's an opened bottle of wine left so no doubt that will find it's way into me but hopefully within syns!!!!
Have 31 syns left for today until Wednesday so 10-11 each day.
Have just done my menu plan and it will be another SP day as there is plenty of LO celeriac mash & veg.
B - porridge, mixed frozen fruit
L - SW quiche - bacon, mushrooms, peppers, shallots. Haven't got any salad apart from cucumber so will also have some beetroot, pickled onions, cornichon & HM syn free onion chutney
D - LO gammon, fried up celeriac & veg, baked beans. Will probably also have some more pickles. Another jelly & Eton Mess type thing for pud to get in even more Speed foods (0.5 syn for jelly)
S - 3 Pumpkin Seed Ryvita & butter
HEA - 300ml 1% milk (will use a little on porridge at breakfast) rest will be used in tea
HEB1 - porridge
HEB2 - Ryvita
Syns: 2 tsp butter 4 syns; jelly 0.5 syns. Might also have a glass of wine with dinner for another 6 syns as will still be within syns.

B: HeB - Gf Museli, fat freen yogurt, banana, green tea.
L: Maman's Patatas Bravas (using leftover SW roasters from yesterday) and fried egg. Fruit.Quorn Chilli, Brown Rice, Salad.
HeA - going to treat myself to a skinny coffee. Syns......who knows?!0 -
Hi everyone
I'm trying the syn bank this week that I know some of you use - where you have 105 for the week rather than 15 a day. Have been doing it unofficially since WI and it's left me with 37 for the next 2 days leaving room for any unplanned binges
I'm trying not to use my syns on bad snacky stuff this week - I had a curly wurly last night but other than that there's been no crisps or choc, I've been using my syns on things such as sauce, a slice of extra bread here and there etc - be interesting to see whether it makes a difference on weigh day.
Today's syns are going on my lazy tea of birdseye crispy chicken (7 according to Syns Allowed). I used to practically live off frozen stuff like this pre-SW but I'm working late tonight so want something that doesn't take an age to cook.
Thanks to the posts on here I'm also giving 1% milk a try, I like the idea of an extra 50ml as I always struggle with the semi skimmed milk allowance. 1% is supposed to taste very similar to SS, I've tried skimmed before and just couldn't get on with it at all it didn't taste of very much
I'm trying to get in the habit of posting again plus menus as I've been keeping a food diary making me much more aware of what I'm scoffing. So today's food:
B - overnight oats with strawbs, banana and a satsuma
L - cottage pie leftovers from yesterday
T - crispy chicken, SW chips & steam fresh veg
HEA - milk in cuppas
HEB - oats
Maybe some other syns later on .. will see how I feel. Snacking on speedy fruit and veg during the day if I get hungry
Sorry for the novel sized post! Have a good Monday everyone0 -
2lb loss this week please Shala

Well done to the losers! Today's SP menu...
Breakfast - Arla Protein (1 syn) with berries and 15g granola (1/2 HEB1)
Lunch - Leftover SW sausage, egg and cheese sandwich (1/2 HEA + HEB)
Dinner - Bolognese with courgetti (1/2 HEA for cheese on top)
Pudding - Hifi Light (1/2 HEB1) plus some syns
I will have something speedy to go with lunch in a minute, just haven't decided what yet. Most likely satsumas.0 -

I can't find an exact match for that, the closest I can find is the Count on Us Lamb Hotpot, which might have similar ingredients? That's 5.5 syns for 400g anyway.0 -
