Morning everyone
Pigpen hope that cold doesnt develop, yeah lots of bugs around at the moment.
Just checking in quickly, have emptied the dw, tidied the kitchen, taken the washing off the airer and finished it off in the tumbler and whizzed round downstairs with the carpet sweeper. Off to get ready for paid stuff. See you all later x0 -
Morning all,
I'm in bedit's really all I'm fit for. But good news: DS went to school this morning! He was full of beans if rather skinny. I'm preparing for non- stop eating this weekend! Him, not me. I'm avoiding food as whenever I eat I get impossible cramps - it was like being in labour
But I seem to be ok with ginger tea :T so lots of that to keep warm and hydrated.
Flying is limited to essentials only, and possibly some internet xmas shopping;)Bossymoo

Sound like you've been busy, pigpen!
I've just had a small burst of energy myselfmade the kiddies dinner - albeit with leftover veg and spuds from yesterday
and tidied a bit of kitchen. Started to load DW.
MIL has been a star this week looking after DS. She's kept on top of the washing for us and generally looked after us all. But since we are all a bit brighter, she's gone home.
But we are staying in tonight - no beavers or bonfires for us. Weather is grotty. We'll watch through granny's window - good view across the city. And we might go to one tomorrow as it's supposed to be drier.Bossymoo

Work finished for the day, and a bit of shopping done, plan to make veggie lasagne tonight but ds1 has requested grilled chicken and peas for reasons only known to himself so I'll do that as well.
House is looking reasonably tidy and ironing is all caught up on. Just need dry weather to clear some washing, I've got a load on the airer. Need to knit some little baby hats neighbour told me they have a precious little one just arrived early in their family at 3lb so need to use my hospital patterns.
Not bothering with fireworks tonight it's wet and miserable here and the lads aren't fussed. So we'll watch a DVD and I'll knit.
Have a good night all.SPC~12 ot 124

Same here. Glad we havent paid £17 (plus spending) to go to the local fireworks as the weather is awful and no-one was that bothered.
Changed our bed and DS's. Have put the sheets on the heated airer overnight. Had a swish round the bedrooms with the duster. Roast dinner made, kitchen tidied.
Watching a bit of telly in front of the fire now.
Glad you are feeling a bit brighter Bossy. Your family sound lovely, its nice that they help you out and I bet your MIL has enjoyed it.
Pigpen your decluttering is amazing. Your house will have nothing left in it!0 -

I didn't get the box of book sorted but you know, I may just send them all elsewhere.. I can't need them that much if they've been in a box for 10 years can I??
