    Hi All

    My get up and go has got up and gone. That blasted BD has visited and no matter how many sticks I throw for him, he won't chase them but in the scheme of things for so many of you this is trivial and I will give myself a big kick up the butt after 20 minutes in front of my sad lamp.

    For tonight i will do Level 1 of the last two days and some ironing.

    Did I tell you I met Jean Christophe Novelli the other weekend? It was on the same day as I bought a new steam generator and I think the steam generator was more pleasurable, I went off him as soon as I saw he does not clean his shoes :rotfl: My men have to have clean fingernails and clean shoes, I can forgive most other things.

    CY please don't overdo things and make sure that you are only fluttering.

    Bossy - pleased to see that DS seems brighter and hope that you do not come too badly with whatever it is

    Pigpen - what the heck does CF stand for. PM please if it is too rude for the forum, I am not easily shocked.

    Narco - just be grateful it was the nurse and not a hulking 6foot 5inch Consultant Gynae like my last one who I swear had hands bigger than some of my biggest dinner plates.:eek:

    Mumto5, pleased to see you are enjoying your first days at the new job. Long may it continue.

    To everyone else, hugs and best wishes, spoons are available here but sorry I am keeping the sticks for my BD.

    Nurse cancelled my appointment for asthma check and flu jabby. Rescheduled for a week on Thursday.

    Ds2 bathed

    Dinner cooked sw sweet and sour chicken and rice. DH is clearing away.

    Busy day again with limited flying but I have done my 10K. Going to wash up and wipe the window sill. Early night is on the cards here.

    Bossy I can understand your feeling relieved but hope you are not too poorly. Thanks for the lists.

    Mumto5 glad the new job is going well and hope you are also fighting fit soon.

    Narco I have found that exercise works wonders for my stress and anxiety. I went for a little jog last night which I am really not supposed to do with my dodgy knee but it was great. Gym tonight.

    Dancemum have changed the settings on DS2s phone package so that he can go over by £10 - in case of a dire emergency. It was set at £100 so thank you. Now all I have to do is find the £500 for the 4 day history trip that he wants to go on. £150 deposit required the same week the letter came out if you want to put your name down!

    Right, off to get ready for work. LR is tidied and dusted. Need to go out this aft so wont get much flying done until later.
