Nooooo:eek:
Minsgame is short for The Minimalist game. It was started by a couple of Americans, Joshua Fields Milburn and Ryan Nicodemus. Both gave up 6 figure salaries when they realised they were both spending all they earned and more on stuff and accruing serious debt.
The idea behind Minsgame is pairing down to the basics. Letting go of clutter. And setting yourself free of the desire to choose stuff over experience.
They have written a book ' Everything that remains' which details their journey.
With Minsgame the idea is you give away a rising number of items based on the days of the month. So day 1 you let 1 thing go rising to 31 things on the 31st. So that's where the item count comes from. It is a big thing on twitter with lots of people playing each month. I found it to be a lot of fun chatting to people across the globe all posting a picture every day of what they'd given up.
Anyway that's mins

I'm ok, yes poor little one was only 7 - a real little fighter always had a smile on his face despite battling Rhabdomyosarcoma for the last 6 years - can't begin to imagine how his mum and sisters feel (one is his twin)

How incredibly sad, i am sorry. Although a lot of seriously ill children show more strength of character than a lot of adults would under the same circumstances.
I'm alright. A weeks meds have helped a huge amount. Thankfully it never passed to the baby although both the boys have had strains of it. But anyway, I am looking forward to getting back to routine with school going back.

What a day! Just when you get a hang on things, something else happens to sweep you off your feet. Just home from a 50 mile round trip to hospital - my dad collapsed in the pub this evening (not drunk for once) and was rushed off to A&E 25 miles away. He's ok, but it's late and I'm very tired... I will quickly catch up here and on my diary - then sleep.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »
