I definitely would like them exposed but having wasted a lot of personal time drawing up my defense, taking pictures of the site, posting letters etc i don't have the motivation to pursue further right now - especially since i wont be receiving my costs back as it never went to hearing.
I do intend on contacting the DVLA, as a means of protecting other people going forward.
Understand but please do advise the DVLA of this, it's us against them remember
