  • What a day.

All morning and I am not exaggerating on the phone to insurance companies.

Mum cannot manage the concept that I might be able to handle the situation and so that has been awkward.

Also the internet went out, then my neighbour came over ask if I was going to move my car. I asked the police man last night and he thought it would be fine as it was, it has gone up the kerb and doesn't block the road. Any way he got quite insistent and it was all a bit difficult. I really didn't need the stress.

having kept it together all day and cleaned out the piggies and rabbits, I then had the worse tummy ache. Probably as a result of all the stress.

was supposed to mark two sets of books today. am sitting here trying not to shake(post tummy ache) so may just go to bed.

So sorry to read that you have had both yours and your mum's car written off buffy. :grouphug::grouphug:
I hope you soon get it sorted out. Try not to stress too much - getting stressed only serves to get you more stressed and doesn't really help. Easy for me to say, I'm a stress head myself! :rotfl:

  • thank you everyone. My family think I dealing with it all and to be honest I am. The difficulty is mum's reaction, she was sad and anxious yesterday (and so tired) and today is getting angry. So that will be fun!

I am just...........going to do some light de-cluttering and then mark in my room with Harry Potter films.

Amazing isn't it? I have loads of marking yet.........just went up stairs and recovered some footstools.......I worry about myself really!
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Oh Buffy :( What on earth was the pizza delivery bloke doing to write off two cars? That's awful bad luck but at least you weren't in the car at the time.
