I went through a bad period of losing things back in December / Jan .
Obviously due to a multitude of reasons .
I lost one or two letters regarding my settlement figures.
However , letters I thought I had lost regarding doctors/ hospital have now been found .
Apart from the loss of those letters, I do feel,I am on getting top of things
Not as sick as I was . The last week or so, things seem to be improving.

Just sent a couple of emails requesting viewings in Westbourne .
Getting adventurous

Why are you posting in the middle of the night AC? If you are trying to get into better sleep routines you really need to avoid doing this. Listening to some quiet music if you can't sleep is one thing but using the internet just fixes the routine of waking up into your brain. I'm beginning to think that many of the (now over quarter of a million) views of this thread is you logging on in the middle of the night. Well done anyway, I think it has been a fascinating journey you have embarked on so thank you for sharing it with us. I'm looking forward to the next part when you find your flat and get to grips with really living your life. I see this bit, whist you are renting, as a bit of a holiday.

I'm away for a couple of days at youngest's shortly so won't be logging on until Sunday evening. Good luck with any viewings (and to LL as well) and well done on extending your search area to Westbourne - although I have to admit I have no idea where that is. Will google later.

Looks like a good bet. Ready to move into, nicely decorated, bright and airy. Long corridor could be a bit gloomy but you could turn it into a fab art gallery.

Worth a look at that price. Bet it doesn't hang round for long so be quick.

Ps bungalow wasn't "the one".

I have news .
First of all though , I must say thanks Harz for that link.
However , it is not in the most desirable part of town .
(See how much I learned there ).

Now to the news I have :
My friend accompanied me to a second viewing this morning.
( like yourselves, where would I be without him:) ).
Flat 2 min walk from where I am . We all know compromises have to be made unless you're a celebrity.
Offers over £170,000. This place has had offers already .
Even when I arrived slightly early , I got the look from a viewer.
I knew he made a bid .
So, I expected to view a place in Westbourne on Monday .
That viewing now will be cancelled . Reason one : not the best part to be in
according to my friend .
Reason two: I have made an offer ! Intially my first offer of £162,500 was deemed too low . So I increased to £167,000.
It matches another offer, and puts me in the best position as cash buyer.

Monday will be interesting . Yes I know about service charges etc.
However ,£100 per month at the moment is the only 'issue 'tbh
It's more or less in 'ready to move in ' condition .
It's not in Jeremy kyles backyard , and it's a calm area .
You get nutters everywhere ( myself included )
So rather than trying to be like Charles dickens with great expectations ,
I have to be realistic .
Sure, I would love to have where I am now , but life is..:)
