Had a strange dream about meeting my colleague in St. Paul's , where he finds out I've been avoiding him.
Thing is , because he does post ( & the company will be sending stuff raptors my friends address), he will know whee I live .
I thought about sending a text asking how he is .
Trouble is, he'd only be sneering at me to all in his clique .
Have to send a thank you card to the depts. that made a fuss of me and got me the presents etc.
I woke up at 4.55 this morning .
Other news: had to buy 2 pairs of jeans as all of my clothes are hard to fit.
My brown chinos were torn around the waist. It was an effort to close the button etc.
Anyway, I got size 40, expecting them not to fit. Put first pair on, and they definitely need a belt. My aim is to get down to a 36" waist within 6 months.
Have to chuck those 2 old pairs away .0 -

AC, my ghast is flabbered, ooh er. I pictured you much larger than that from the way you were talking, instead you're near enough same size as me, although I am 6'1".Lol. How tall are you?0 -
Harz, at the risk of seeming pedantic, I think your Gormen is ghast and your flabber, gasted. Hiding, now.0

Still better to get freehold. No more sevice charges ever. With your idea what happens after the money runs out? Try to future proof your life so that you don't run into problems down the line. Better for your mental health than building IN certain worry and difficulty down the line because you won't be able to continue paying the high charges.
Can't believe I missed the group kicking
As others have said though - future proof your life, not your flaming Hifi system!!!!!!!
Good luck with sorting out the gym membership. As others have suggested, consider a group such as Slimming World. A good way to meet people and it will help focus your mind on healthy eating - if you are serious about the gym you need to have proper fuel inside you.
Well done on the walking though it seems from Wendy you may have done a bit too much. It's human nature to tell yourself to get a grip and push yourself through tiredness - it must be so difficult when that is actually the worst thing you can do. How frustrating. So enjoy your walk today but don't go as far, and we will allow a few more days of chatting up the ladies in the patisserie.
:grouphug: to all in need of one, except Wendy, a gentle pat on the arm will have to suffice in case we hurt your face.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

AC. 4 inches off your waist in 6 months is a doddle. I agree from the way you were speaking about yourself you made it sound much worse.
If I recall, in order to the reduce risk of Type 2 diabetes and heart attacks, men should have a waist below 37 and women below 34. So really you aren't that far off.
I reckon with some healthy eating and a good exercise regime, a mix of cardio and weight training, then maybe some Pilates or yoga. You will shed those inches in no time.
Walking......I agree sounds like you went at it a bit bull at a gate yesterday, maybe not quite so much next time.
My friends husband took prednisalone and piled on 5 stones. He did manage to shed it all though. So try not to worry about that. Take it steady, eat well and once you are weaned off the meds then I think the weight will come off.
Try not to worry about your dreams, they are just your sub conscious filing stuff away. Don't fret over your ex colleague. By all means contact him if you wish but if you don't really like him then why bother. You don't need his blessing.;)0 -
And remember your annoying internal alarm will be set to 5am for a while yet. I recommend not getting up, but lying picturing the hordes on the tube without you. I have a cheap kettle on a tray upstairs with tea bags and a cup so I can easily take a cuppa back to bed. I do know you don't have stairs.
And a 4o inch waist really doesn't seem horrific. I have forsworn tape measures and scales until I wave goodbye to the pred.
A Happy Black Friday to all.0 -

I'm 6'
In trousers I am over 40" waist.
Just woke up after a dream, about me being back in the property in twickenham. A little boy apor girl appear. The man seems angry coming up the stairs and is not too impressed with my apology.
I think our brains are like a CD player that plays' random play' when we sleep.it also plays snippets from other tracks at the same time .
I'd better get up:)0 -
Today is the latest time I got out of bed .Then again, I was awake a lot earlier.:)
Lovely wind ,that's waking me up . Just did 'the usual '.
Feel better , considering everything .
Prednisolone ,is a strange drug . It made me stick up for myself when I had to .(sod the final warning:) ) . It makes my coughing wheezy at times .
Makes me groggy a lot ,waking up etc.
When I walked that distance yesterday , I had no choice in the end ,or I would've been really lost . It either my condition or the prednisolone that made me breathless. Fitness (or lack of) too.
I seem to have surprised some of you about my waist size . I guess that's good . However,my chest size has gone up to 52 or 54" .
Looks like I've swallowed a couple of chairs.
Plus the fact I take up almost 2 seats on the busses and trains .:)
Next important things to think about: Moving the bulk of my funds from nationwide ..to where?
When to contact payplan? Do payplan check my Acct ? Can they check the Acct that my funds were paid into ?
This last paragraph may have to be put into another forum on here.
I could contact sourcrates . He seems to k ow bundles
Other than that , I feel fine and dandy0 -
Glad you are feeling better, AC. Yep, sourcrates and fatbelly, among others (owlet springs to mind) know loads and are always kind and non-judgemental, unlike some.0

Do you have a rental agreement yet AC with your new address? You won't be able to open any new accounts until you can prove you live where you say you live. Not sure whether payplan check the account.
