Please, please, please..... do not put your alarm on anymore. You do not need to. Get some earplugs from boots and switched off completely at night now.0

Just watched live streaming of the Metallica gig I couldn't attend.
90+% good, but bt are over90% crap.
Can't complain, because I have free wifi.
Other news, my brother cannot be contacted. I totally forgot to bring key to chase Buchanan . He has the key. Can I get hold of him? No I Carnot .
He wants everything just so, but cannot communicate wiyth anyone only on his terms. I don't really want to go back on Monday .
I'll keep trying tomorrow0 -
Well done on the move. Just wanted to say that as Poole/Bournemouth are holiday areas there are plenty of holiday flats available as winter lets at less than the usual 6 month shorthold tenancy let period. They'll need them back for holiday lets from around Easter normally. You might get a good deal. Worth a try so you can get in to a permanent place earlier?CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420

Another sleepless night. Probably because I'm not working? I don't know.
While I'm awake, things that have to be mentioned
1) when my brothers friend was doing the rubbish run, he did tell me that the price has gone up to £120 prer load. Also it would cost more for an invoice. I had a lot of stuff, so I sai d ok.
When I paid him , I gave him £400. I asked him what was outstanding
( big mistake). He said £300. I told him my brother would pay him / I have nothing etc. I gave his son (who was helping him), a couple of bottles of drink. In the car, he said, ' you gave my son some booze, what're you giving ne?' Then'only joking'
He phoned me a couple of times when I was on my way to Poole, I blocked his calls. Low battery etc. Plus I think my brother may have put a spanner in the works.
2)regarding putting my money into different accounts. Do I open new accounts in my friends address? This will be with other building societies/ banks.
3) Payplan : once the money has been split ( all going well), I intend to contact them and make a settlement offer.
That's it for now0 -
Do CB not still hold a key from when they were doing the viewings? I'd be inclined to say only other key got damaged in the move rather than travel up from Poole again
.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Thinking through the splitting of the money, you are only doing this to protect the money should a specific bank close.
The temporary high balance scheme covers you for 6 months on money from a house sale, so no need to rush as you are covered to £1million in one account.
Get your rented property sorted out and there is then time to deal with that using your new address rather than rely on using your mates address.0
