Nothing wrong with feeling totally mad and typing in bed.

You have a roof over your head after an exhausting day, and I'd guess a headache from tiredness and lack of food.

    Life starts again tomorrow.

Well AC, leaving yesterday's final tribulations where they belong - in the past - I recommend a stroll along to Wetherspoons (The Quay funnily enough) and a hearty breakfast with refillable coffee to wash it down. Not quite healthy eating I know but it'll set you up for the day ahead.

    Seconded :).
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Well done AC. Take a few days now to chill. Get some rest and just catch your breath.
  • I've come to the conclusion, that I am totally mad and need to be shot.
    I'm not right.

No. You need sleep and some healthy food. No-one feels good when they're tired, stressed and running on empty.

Definitely take a little walk this morning. Maybe you can aim for a little longer each day. Even if 'longer' equals one shop/house more than the previous day.

This is where your 'new' life begins.
  • Totally agree, sea air will also do you good.

You have done so bloody well, it's a HUGE upheaval moving across the country for a whole new life - well done you !
  • Well done AC, congratulations on extricating yourself completely from London, the job, the brother, the neighbour etc etc.

Both the sea air and the pine trees will help you sleep well the first few days which will give you time to regain your equilibrium.

And then its on with the new life :T

You have done it AC:beer: A short walk every day and some hot food. What you need now is a rest. A rest from all the phone calls, a rest for your body and a rest for your brain. Well done you .Look after yourself. :D
