Okay. Still weak and tired. Went to bed around 8.30
Haven't got a clock on the wall.
Woke up just before 5 . Spent this morning emptying the kitchen.
So much unused stuff . Binned . Forgot to take toaster and kitchen radio.
Oh well,bin .
Massive lorry appears, just before I bring bags of stuff to put outside .
Not sure if it was recycling or dustmen/women.either way the stuff I put out yesterday morning is still there .
Yesterday was one of the best days of my life .
I felt odd,looking at the neighbours cats . Felt a strange feeling in the van in Poole while the lads were doing the move ,realising I'm
On my own away from everything later on today .

Matthew and oz were great. Even had a beer in Poole with them ater doing the job .
Gotta remain calm this morning . My brother may turn up this morning also. I forgot to take a small family box .Have to ask if he wants it .
